My refund

Its over a week now and I have not yet been refunded

This is totally unacceptable

You should not treat customers like that

I need to feed my child therefore I want my money paid back into my Barclays account

Stop lying that someone tried contacting me

Why did they not email me to advise that they could not get hold of me?

Non-Fault Claim

On 2nd april 2023 a lady drove into my van which was parked in a car park,

I rang zenith to report this the next day and gave the details from the 3rd party at fault,

The lady who hit my vehicle has admitted liability in writing and this was explained in the phone call,

I have been passed over to enterprise accident management company and explained to them that there is damage to steering and body work and i want to get my own estimates of repairs which then are to be submitted to the 3rd party insurance at fault,

I have explained this to zenith/enterprise accident management company on 21st april which took over 3 hrs of phone calls being passed around to different departments, which cost me over £35 on my landline,

I have had 2 emails from enterprise accident management company 1st email on 25th April with no response to my reply and 2nd email on 4th May asking me to take my vehicle to a body shop they have arranged,

I have emailed them back explaining its not just body work issues and i want to know who to email my quotes for repairs to if the 3rd party insurance want to repair my vehicle and have the 3rd party been notified of the Issues i have with my vehicle, Its now 24th May and i have had no response from enterprise accident management company,

I have asked enterprise accident management for my vehicle to be assessed by an authorised accident assessor and this has been ignored with no response,

I would advice anyone to think twice about insuring there vehicle with this company Zenith as they pass a non-fault claim to enterprise accident management company who are useless and just ignore your legal requests to submit your own estimates of repairs.

No customer service what so ever

Difficulty in contacting my case handler at Carpenters

I have tried several times to call my case handler Danny Bradbury by phone , and have been unable to . I can never get beyond being left on hold , listening to same music .

I have had 2 texts stating they are waiting for my Medical Record , which as far as I know , I have already signed electronically and sent . Please can someone contact me by email or phone 07815 05**** to clarify the situation .

I have had a phone call this week from the physiotherapist to check how I am , could this be causing the issue ? I await a response .

Can you confirm to me what date my insurance is due for renewal!

I am not sure When my renewal date is for my car insurance, as the vehicle I was insured to drive was only insured until my ordered car had arrived (delay due to shortage of chips worldwide) I do believe it to be early November but cannot find any details on my phone and stupidly never downloaded a hard copy (lessons have been learnt!) I sat on the phone for forty mins and no pick up I tried on a number of occasions which I think is absolutely disgusting I also tried on the Web and it kept saying my login details were wrong
