Over due payment

Hi, Im from Scuffed Up Car Body And Paint Repairs, Your customer (Emma Morgan - Ref M903******** - YG13 TNL) has made a claim for causing damage to our customers vehicle - this was provided to us via BlackThorn Management. The job has been completed and I have been told that the invoice has been sent over to you for final payment.

This was a non fault claim made by a Miss Sarah Shinner (PX18 TCU)

The repairs are now complete and we are seeking payment for the completed job. Could someone please email/call me (Tom Maunder) on 01792 79**** tom@***.co.uk to discuss this matter as URGENT as we have been waiting months for this payment and to avoid taking matters further.

Not a complaint but there is no phone number that rings through and no way i can find to contact zenith insurance unless you have a claim.i do not but i need to speak to someone about my insurance it seems a impossible taskdoes anyone no of a way to contact them as all the telephone numbers are not working

Preferred solution: My monthly direct debit has not been taken as another company took a direct debit on the wrong date but zenith insurance was put straight back but 10 minutes to late i have tried to call you to tell you to re take as the money is back in there
