Hi I just recently bought the anniversary edition to skyrim on playstation 4 and I'm have a problem on the quest (The cause) and I got to the point where I had to locate the ayleid shard holders and the door that leads to them will not open and I've reloaded the game twice to a save file before I've started the quest and also reinstalled the game and it still won't open to that area can you guys fix this issue

Boycott all zenimax and bethesda products

My account was banned without warning. they have ignored my tickets and questions despite the fact that I have a paid membership and purchased many micro transactions. Ive made a complaint to the BBB and am currently boycotting all zenimax and bethesda games
