Hi Peter, thanks for your message. Just to clarify — Zengo does not manage subscriptions directly.

As stated in our documentation, all subscription management (including cancellation) must be done through your App Store or Google Play account. We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

Want to cancel my subscription

I feel frustrated because I couldn't solve my problem. I still need to cancel my subscription.

Up to now, nobody can tell me how. This is the worst company I have ever come across. It's easy to subscribe for Zengo but extremely impossible to cancel it. The company is not willing to help you once they have your money; they are not willing to help you.

I just want to cancel the subscription. Can you help?

We're sorry to hear about your experience. Please note that Zengo is a non-custodial wallet — only you have access to and control over your funds.

Based on what you described, this appears to be a common scam where fraudsters ask you to deposit money in order to "release" crypto you've supposedly received. This is not legitimate.

Official emails from Zengo always come from an @***.com address. If you ever have doubts, feel free to contact our support team directly.

Not getting any help that I need having issues just simply putting money onto my zengo account and it will not go through I used it multiple times with no issues and all sudden nothing customer service hasn't helped me a bit with any information that is actually useful very unsatisfied
