I am requesting an refund of some products that was charged to my card in May. I've called for a refund.
The representative tells me they have tried to refund me the funds but each time the system failing. I call today June 22, 2024 now the system down call back in two hours.
Call back in two hours the same thing call back in an hour the system down. These people has charged me 199.00 and $59.00 of some stuff that I didn't even order

I ordered and received Zenfit, but further looking at it I realized it is not what o thought I needed so I tried to get in touch with the company, but I was unsuccessful and I did not have time to write via internet. I wanted to return the product, but by the time I heard from you the time had expired. May I still return the product to you and get my refund?
