The reporting is not very robust. There is no phone support. Questions submitted via the website aren not responded to.
In general, the reports are difficult to read and not very helpful. The lack of phone support makes it difficult to manage our business. I tried submitting questions via the web and a week later, I still have not heard from them
When you cancel, you only get 30 days' access to your historical information and they charge $500 a year if you want to access after the 30 days.
