To cancel my subscripition?
I have been trying to cancel my membership for almost a month, but I haven't gotten through to anyone on the phone. Each time I call, the call gets disconnected, and there is no option for me to cancel my membership.
The system only provides information on how to subscribe, logging in, or get membership help. When I click on the member assistance option, the phone hangs up. I am disappointed because I have been a member for a long time, and while I have faced similar issues before, I could always reach someone after six months or a year. There is no online option for me to cancel my membership, except for three options - access password, receipt, or membership.
I find this unacceptable and do not know what is going on. Recently, I read on Siri that other people are experiencing similar problems.
Today, I came across a survey that confirms it. I hope someone can assist me in canceling my membership soon.

I was cut off on the 1st 2 calls I made and got cut off. the 3rd call I got to talk with a lady that couldn't even repeat the information I gave her right. I then contacted on line support and was told it was taken care of but still didn't get a code or logged in.I had a screen saying that I would be charged a dollar for the code, but when I went to pay it was trying to charge me $47.00.

I have had it with Zendough. Locks your account too quickly if problem with login.
Then, you talk to someone from India.
They have difficulty sending email or it takes forever to arrive. So tired of this crap!

Zendough Credit Monitoring Review
Transunion placed a charge on my account that I do not know ehst it is for. After calling them they told me to call Zendough because they are affiliated with them and Zendough can remove the charge.
After calling Zendough, they said the don't see a charge and can do nothing for me unless I send them my bank statement to prove the charge!
This is totally unacceptable and the run around this company and Transunion is giving me is very poor business practices. I am canceling my account with them and warning everyone not to subscribe to their service
Do Not Get Involved With These People
Nightmare. Data in their records is outdated, inaccurate, and incomplete.
More often than not, the credit score is not even posted, and if it is, it is 50--75 points off what the other two credit reporting agencies show. Having put up with their nonsense for three years, I tried to cancel. Tried. As I write this, I have been on hold for 32 minutes on the first call before I hung up without anyone answering the phone.
I am now on my second attempt today and have been on hold for 43 minutes without anyone answering. Just get rid of them if you have them; if you are considering using them, DON'T.
Wrong numbers
I went to the car dealer in Honda Paramus NJ and after i did take a look of my credit on Zendough online the same day it was above 800 look good to me The dealer said those number are inflated that those are not my numbers it was disappointed moment because I was looking to get a god deal but Honda said is not a trusted company is horrible I paid for so long and not getting the correct information Why they do this?
I got the car not deal I was looking for because my credit was correct.
- Very dissapointed
Zendough forced cancellation to drop low rate customers
My wife and I were paying Zendough customers for a couple of years and had a rate of $14.95/month each. Her card being used to pay the premium was replaced and she received notification email when it was due and she attempted to update her card online. She was unable to do it online and had to call in. She was told it was too late (3 days had passed from the email notification) and she would have to renew at the new rate of $29.95. I thought this was a fluke and kept the service.
A few months later, I noticed my auto-bill just stopped and when I called to ask why, they couldn't find my account, then told me it was locked and transferred me around to others who all told me different things. From the 5 people I talked to, finally the last person I talked to told me that my account was cancelled for lack of payment. How could that be? I had no changes to my card, my email or my address and asked why wasn't I notified, he said it must have been a system error when the payment was being attempted. I said "Okay no problem, just reactivate my account and catch up my payments and I would continue the service" The Zendough agent said he couldn't and that I'd have to sign up as a new customer on TransUnion site for $29.99/mo and pay fees to get the other two companies credit reports. I asked if there was any way to restore my account and was told no, they are moving everyone off of the old Zendough platform eventually and I would have to signup as a new customer.
This is the worst way a company could treat their customer and I'm looking for an unrelated service that provided similar online tool as Zendough did. I will never choose to work with, for or associate with TransUnion or Zendough and will tell everyone that I come in contact with that their support is a joke being supported by cheap labor without tools or knowledge to provide adequate responses except for lip service. It is extremely clear that TransUnion and Zendough just don't care about the customer experience or anything except for taking your money.
Every potential customer should know about the unresolved and horrible customer experience reviews this company has.

Your Zendough Subscription -- Misleading
Been member since Feb 2011, automated payment, no problems then start receiving e-mails with heading, "Your Zendough Subscription," "We apologize for this inconvenience, but we experienced some difficulties processing the payment for your zendough™ subscription. Please login to provide updated payment information.
If you have any questions, please visit Customer Service for contact information and hours of service." Decided to contact customer service 866-344-****, number gets disconnected without ringing. Checked credit card now being billed under Transunion vice Zendough with different number 800-****-**** so I called this number with same results, no ringing just disconnect. Guess this is a ploy to keep customers hostage, so I wrote a letter to their address in San Luis Obispo. Will see how successful that is to get the subscription cancelled.
My next step will be to contact my bank and have them blocked from charging my card. Sad and troublesome to think that a company like Transunion would use these tactics.
- Website easy to use
- Alerts
- No e-mail contact
- Customer service unreachable
Cancelled service and still billed 16 months later
In December 2013 I cancelled my Transunion service and each month I receive a credit card charge for $ 14.95. When I call the 800 # on my credit card statement I am told I am already cancelled.
Today I called again and made such a fuss I was finally told that this is a charge for Zendough which I had never heard of before today. They are a division of Transunion - a scam because they keep billing me under their name even though I cancelled in 2013.
Shame on Transunion for being so deceptive. If I can't truct the credit monitoring services who do we trust?????

Removed functionality didn't inform users
Before their "website refresh" users who pay $29.95 could see their credit score and drill into their credit reports.
Post refresh now that $29.95 DOES NOT INCLUDE the view of your credit report? HUH, wait a second I paid to view my credit report and now I can't view it.
This service is a joke.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
Received email saying my payment did not process; my bank changed names so I put in my new debit card info - and it continues to say "invalid card" so I put in a different card - same response - I call - of course they are not located in the US and they will not transfer me to anyone in the US. I give them my info - they put in new card - and tell me wait about 10-15 minutes to process.
After 30 minutes I try to log in - same screen "invalid card". I call and am asked to put in yet another card. I am not comfortable giving out my information.
I asked for a supervisor - and told them to cancel my subscription. Let's see if that works.
2-days to fix payment issue that did not exist
I had been a Zendough member for over 3 years, my account information to make the monthly $14.94 payment did not change. Received an e-mail Oct 28, 2014 which wasn't read until a few days later, This is what it said.
"Our attempt to process your payment in the amount of 14.94 on credit card **** *** XXX7 for your zendough™ account was unsuccessful.
Login to your zendough account to enter a new form of payment or check with your financial institution to resolve the issue.
If you have not updated your payment information within 2 days, we'll assume that you no longer desire to keep your subscription and it will be cancelled."
There was nothing wrong with my account, They now suggest I re-open at double the amount for $29.95. There is no exception for computer errors on their system to re-instate my previous rate. I will be taking my credit reporting business elsewhere.

Cancelled my $14.95 subscription and said to reapply at 'new' rate
My subscription at $14.95/mo was cancelled (they say by me, but no way to prove) after 3 years with absolutely no warning. Now if i want to continue, i must sign up again at the 'new' higher rate.
Obviously this is a 100% scam to drop low paying customers. When i asked if they would honor my past rate, the answer was there was no way to change the web rate. I was told that no one could change the computer.
Sound a bit like Zendough is made up of Cylons. Not sure who i can report this to; another example of big enterprise shafting the public.
Never signed up for monthly deductions
In January 2012 I requested a credit report. I NEVER intended it to be a monthly
charge or continuous membership.
I already belong to Credit Secure with American Express, so there would have been no reason for me to sign up for this. After receiving my credit report last January, I have never used yoiur service, nor did I realize I had it. I now see that I have been charging me $29.95 each month since last January, over $300, for a service I did not ask for and did not want. This company is definately tricking people into paying for something they don't want and probably don't know they have.
They depend on people not watching their checkbook closely enough so they can get by with stealing from the checking account. I plan to file a complaint with the BBB and the Illinois States Attorney if this can't be straightened out.
I expect a full refund of the money you took from me, beginning with Feb. 2012.

Zendough for credit reports steals, misrepresents
I got the 7 day free trial from Zendough in April and again August 22. They charged me $14.95 saying you only get one free trial for your entire life!
They refuse to give my money back. The purpose of the site is to get your credit score. When you click on "get score" there is no notice that you will be charged but you are. There is nothing about 1 free report anyplace.
This is fraud, a scam and they are thieves.
My debit card # was also stolen and someone went shopping with it. Not a secure site.

They did the exact same thing to me. Canceled my account which had been active since 2011 at a lower rate, and then pretended that they had never heard of me. Lame customer service.
