I never could get anyone I was hold for a long time. I was interested put my prescription in the frames that U was interested in.

The CS was excellent and I really love your glasses. The frames are beautiful however I was expecting an email with instructions on how to return the frame that I received.

Bi-focal is off
I spoke to your customer service rep who said I would be sent a return label code to return my glasses. The reason for my return is the bi-focal area is off (cant read with them).
I have yet to receive the label. Ive had the pleasure of buying glasses from you for some time and in the past Ive been quite satisfied.
So if you would consider sending this label as promised, I would appreciate it very much. Thank you!!!

No bifocal Len. I ordered 2 pair glasses.
I received one of them that didnt have bifocal no line lenses. Havent received the second pair yet. I need the bifocal lenses so I can read. I love the glasses.
Im hoping I can return them and get the bifocal lenses no line put in. Im paying to much not to have them don right.
