Rude Customer Service... I have cancelled all forth coming payments as KGI is a CROCK, LIARS and THIEVES.. if I get a Lawyer involved then so be it..

this place is trying to collect all those maintenance fees that people can no longer pay, because its useless, they scammed us out of our 1 week in banner elk, with about $350 yr main fee, to points with $1100 main fee, and paid them for 3 yrs and could not ever get anything because they are so over booked. we aint paying these crooks anything, you would think that this would be reason for the law to help regular folks who made these "lawyers" wealthy, help, but lets face it, they dont make laws that lawyers dont write.

read your contract, they got you for 40 years. they said they would take ours back, if we would bring our account current, they should have done this nov 2015, when contacted.

We OWNED a week in Wisconsin Dells at Tamarak. We loved it.

We even went to Spain with it. Then Festiva came. Scammed us out of our title by promising what they NEVER delivered! We gave them our title, they gave us points.

We were never ever able to go ANYWHERE with their points. After a couple of years trying to use their points w/o any luck. We felt used and just gave up.

We are harassed daily by Zealandia Capital who took over collections for them. Just got 2016 maintenance bill added on to 2015 and 2014 balance due.

Cody who is a customer representatvie is very rude and the maintenance fees schedule is unrealistic! I plan to make a formal complaint.
