I paid through shop pay, it went out and said it declined after I try to put my email. It took my money and then showed again that it didnt go through .

Website crashed and didnt give me no confirmation but still took my money. Can u confirm it or what do I need to do.

We plan on being there this Sunday . I dont want to pay twice and now able to get my refund for the second time .
