No information on my product or when it will ship

I am still without my order and the date of shipping has come and gone. Only received one update that it would ship express once it was located. It shows on website that t is still making. It was ordered on May 17. Please send my product immediately! Someone named Laura said it would be taken care of and this has not occurred. Very frustrating experience!

No received my order

I ordered invitations for my daughters baby shower on May 30th. The tracking shows it was shipped June 3rd. It is now June 15th and no recent tracking information is available. I have called the customer service number numerous times to only hear a recording. I needed those invitations by now and am highly irritated!!! Is there a number that actually gets you to a person???

Where is my order?

Ordered a personalized cup for my dad for Father's Day almost a month ago! Was told I would have it between May 28-Jun2! Received a message saying it had been shipped on 6/1! I still have not received my order. I have called only getting a recording and no response to my email from LAST Tuesday. Will never order from this company again. Will be calling my credit card company to report them. This has nothing to do with Covid. I have received other personalized orders from other companies this week!

Eventually after 2 more emails, I received an email that my order was cancelled and refund would take 7-10 days.On the 15th day, I emailed again about refund and it was finally refunded 2 days later. I would still caution everyone NOT to buy from Zazzle. They had my money for over a month before refunding it.I purchased masks from Etsy and received both within 3 days.

SOn 4/22/20 I ordered 2 face masks. Money was taken 4/22/20 from my PayPal account, as of today 5/20/20, I still dont have products. When I check my order on Zazzle it shows they are still being made. Really, you cant make 2 masks in 4 weeks? I sent email to them that I want a refund and if I dont receive refund immediately, I will be contacting the BBB. Their customer service is absolutely the worst. Will never use them again.

Same thing - I ordered mask 4/18/20 and they billed my credit card $108.00 and its almost 6 weeks and nothing. When I asked about the ship date of 5/7 - 5/14 they removed it from the order now - so there is no expected ship date listed! So upsetting as I could of used that $108.00 right about now to help with expenses!

I am in same boat. Ordered masks on 4/18 shows delivery 5/14. Still no masks and customer service does not care sent me the same auto message twice.

I have had the exact same experience. Customer service did reply to my inquiry but told me they couldn't cancel the order because it was in "production".

I bet I don't see the masks for another month or more, if ever. I will never order anything from them again.

Update: The tale got more interesting. I kept sending them angry emails.

Eventually I got an email saying, "Yay! We finally made your puzzle! It'll be mailed soon!"A few days later: "Dude, we're so sorry but we're cancelling your order. Here's your Zazzle credit information."A few days later: Puzzle arrives.A few days after that: The puzzle arrives.

Again. So: Puzzle finally arrives, but it still sounds like it's chaos over there at Zazzle.

Ordered a product over a month ago. Not only do they keep revising the delivery date, but they make it so you cannot contact customer service. Their phone line keeps you on hold for half an hour, then hangs up on you. How are they even in business?

I am going through this same thing and he is correct on all counts. I ordered an anniversary clock through them and there is no way to contact them.

They ignore you. There should be a class action lawsuit filed against them for fraudulent business practices.

I am out over 50 dollars. I am reporting them to BBB immediately!
