No one will answer the phone I tried to put my file # in it would not take it I just get same recording whats going on this is ridiculous!!

This company makes it so hard to make a payment over phone and online. I think you want customers to get behind so you can collect all. This is something I go though every month

You can not reach a real person. Some phone numbers say not a working number and some will be a constant busy signal

After Z & S filed a claim against me, I called Z &S and said I would settle within 30 days for 2/3rds of the amount. However, the day after I called, they filed a judgement against me saying I did not cooperate.

I had received a notice that this company will be garnishing my wages, and I don't know what for. Im already being garnished for one thing, not to mention that i have insurance and things like that coming out of my check.

Im lucky to bring home 190 a week. These people are going to be the reason im homeless again.

The do not fallow the rules of civil procedures. I never knew anything about a lawsuit till I went to buy a House and they were on my credit report.

So I went to circuit clerk and found this lawsuit. I am now in the process of disputing everything and have requested them to produce documents in a court order and they will not respond.

I am going to have them held in contempt of court. They will deal with me because I NEVER had the credit card they are suing me for....

This law office filed to garnish my wages without notifying me first. I got a small claims summons for old debt 8/16/18.

I owe it, I will pay it. Sent back all paperwork to the court 8/18/18. Confirmed the court got the documents 8/28/18. Court advised I send a copy to the law office and let them know what I can pay so we can start a payment plan.

Sent a copy to this law office along with a letter stating what I can pay and asked them if that was satisfactory and to please let me know. Gave all my contact info. Asked for a response. Waited to hear back but instead I got a notice of wage garnishment on 10/9/18.

I prefer to communicate with them in writing and I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING. No notice was given to me that this would happen and I thought I did everything correctly. I called the law office to see why this happened on 10/9/18, they claimed they never received anything from me and that I supposedly had a no contact order on my account and basically told me too bad. The woman on the phone didn't even bother trying to help me or look for anything and was extremely rude.

If I even had the no contact order, it would've been for phone calls NOT letters! I got no notice that my wages would be garnished. They could've sent me a certified letter or SOMETHING. I thought that I did everything I was supposed to do and now this has happened and it's not right for them to do this without notifying me.

I want to pay this and I have never run from my old college debt. I was very young and very stupid in college but now I'm finally getting my life in order and something like this happens. This law office even has one of my other accounts and I've been fully cooperative and paying all along. They know me and know that I pay my bills.

My credit score is 700. I am not a bad person or a criminal, I just had old college debt. All I was asking for was a payment plan and now they're taking it from me against my will. I don't make enough money for this to happen and I am on a very tight budget.

They are trying to ruin my life.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB and I'm not stopping there. AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS.

These so called lawyers are nothing but mud diggers I don't mine paying what I owe but don't jump my bill from 15000 to 25000 and I now alreadyc20000 already paid and they won't more and I try get copies from the lawsuit and how they came up with amount and got the runaround by their so call smart lawyer that extra charge is 12% added on for the days went by and it still dosen't come near the amount there taking out of my check every two weeks they will end losing everything they every stoled from hard workibg people.

I will pay but. I got a clean piece of mind so enjoy your money

In Alabama I wonder if the clerks get a cut from these lawyers for committing what could be fraud? They have to notify you of court proceedings against you, yet they find an old address.

Then what they mail is sent back to the court. Yet, the court and these bottom feeders keep using the wrong address and the person is never even aware they are being taken to court! They keep going and get what they want and the person is not aware until a part of their paycheck is missing. Alabama is a state that will garnish wages but NC does not allow it.

You must find out what they paid for your debt. Report bully judges. Report these bottom feeders and possible clerks to the AL judicial system. Go back to court and demand your day in court as you were never noticed.

Alabama lets these bottom feeders thrive.

I called attorney to set up payment arrangements for $13,000.00 debt. I told him the amount we could pay every month.

He wasn't satisfied with the amount I suggested. However, we have still been paying for the debt, for this to go from 13,000.00 to 18,000.00 in 2 months. WTF!!!! We are a family of 6 and self-employed drywall and paint company.

We do not live high off the hog by no means, and my husband works his *** off to provide for his 4 children.. So, I suppose this is justice now? The attorney and the vultures they're working for are consciously doing the right thing? Where is the integrity?..

Paying a debt that is owed is never any question for us, however, we can only do the best we can do and have faith that our God will rectify this situation. We will continue to do the right thing and have a great attitude all the while. Peace and Love.

Back in May, I received a dunning letter from Zarzaur & Schwartz, PC advising that I owe Citibank, South Dakota, NA. I responded to the letter via certified mail requesting validation of this account in question. I received another dunning letter (which is the same letter from before)from the attorney in question and I mailed another ceritified letter requesting validation. Then I received a letter threatening to sue stating the courthouse information and everything, looking as if they have already filed a lawsuit. I mailed another certified copy of a letter requesting validation. I never received any responses from Zarzaur & Schwartz, PC. In July, a deputy knocks on my door and issues me a lawsuit paper stating that I had thirty days to respond. I responded back to the court. Everything I requested the Judge Smith denied, but I had to answer this lawyers questions. I never once not answered any requests made by this lawyer. Then In November, I received a Judgment summary on their behald stating that I never responded to a claim. I called the courthouse and the court clerk advised me that they have received all responses along with my objection for a summary judgment and advised me to file an appeal. I did so and was denied. I filed several other motions and nothing was answered. When I received a Garnishment letter from the deputy, I notified the court Clerk and she advised me that I received a letter requesting to appear in court on November 15, where the Judgment was ordered. I advised her I never received a letter and she advised me that she was in court and that I was to appear and this was the reason a Judgment was awarded to the complaintant. I was furious because I know I never received any summons. So the next day after thinking about the whole ordeal, I called from my place of employment where everything is recorded and I requested the name of the person who mailed a copy of the court summons. I was transfered to several different court clerks and neither knew anything about a summons, advising me that there was nothing mentioned.

They also advised me to talk back to Judge Smith's clerk. I contacted her again and she gave me the name of a court clerk that I had already spoken with and when I advised her that he had no knowledge she advised me to file another motion and it was denied. I appeared in court on March 7 for my claim of exemptions that I filed a UCC Financing Statement with the Secretary of State along with a Security Agreement and Hold Harmless Indemnity papers with the county recorders office and was bullied by the Judge advising me that it had no merit in his court. These people are attempting to take personal property from me and a UCC Financing Statement and Security Agreement has no weight but told me in court that the Financing Statement is there to protect my personal property, I was so angry, and now I am notified by my title company that there is a judgment against my property where I was never notified about it. The whole legal system is a sham and this law firm I knew was a fraud. I would love to be in contact with other victims of this particular law firm to file a class action lawsuit against them because they violated the law by not confirming the debt set by law.

I want Justice!
