Bought a foot massager. Says it fits feet through size 13.
I am a 1213-foot size depending on brand. This unit came and the right foot side is so tight that creates massive pain immediately. Not usable! I contacted CS within two days, and I get all the reasons in the world why its all my fault.
Didn't read the 14-day return for restocking fee, didn't read that $100 3-yr Extended Warranty is not refunded if the machine is returned for any reason, even if in 14 day window.. Horrible horrible horrible customer service and the sad thing is I used to love their products and have been waiting to purchase their mid-range $7000 chair, not any longer and buyer beware, not just for legitimate product issues but truly horrible customer service. Problem with this attempted return was because it was for FALSE ADVERTISING (not my problem, but they now made it my problem) and the right foot I don't think would fit a size 11. They don't care!
Please do yourself a favor and buy from other sources that have customer service. I am also filing formal complaints with the FTC, my state's Atty General, and CFPB for Landon Act (False Advertising) violations.
