AVOID AT ALL COSTS THESE THIEFS these guys will do awful service that does not repair your problem then gouge you for tens of thousands of dollars. And once they have your money and you plumbing still sucks they will write libelous reviews of you anonymously on pissedconsumer.

Since you claim and promote yourself as an honest and profound individual, then you should pay your subs for the services provided to you in a timely manner and keep you word on the promised payments. The last message I received stated you would make a payment in a week, it has been two months since and no call, no sms, no payment as of yet...

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLUMBER!!!! STAY AWAY!
Unfortunately, we learned this the hard way. We hired Zara Plumbing & Heating 6months ago. The owner, a tall man from Croatia by the name of Mladen, responded to our call immediately. We needed plumbing and a sprinkler system installed for a new development site.
Our first impression was that he was prompt and professional. He was licensed and seemed to have everything in order. All that went out the window once we put down the deposit. He literally disappeared the first day on the job.
He showed up a week later claiming that a family member had passed away. We let it go and he very quickly caught up on the plumbing and got started on the sprinkler system. When we paid him the second installment he disappeared again and never returned. To make matters worse we soon discovered that he lied to us about having a work permit for the sprinkler system.
He also lied about hiring an engineer to file an application with the DEP to have our water tested. This set us back almost 6months and prevented us from opening on our target date. Needless to say we are suing him.
Please do yourself a favor and do not be scammed by this man and his company. Zara Plumbing & Heating is NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!!

Fraudulently represented themselves as general contractor and plumber..not!
If you want a job done well, do not hire Zara Plumbing & Heating Corp. This company was recommended to my by my architect, an architect who has done over 200 places in Manhattan. I am a single parent who moved to Manhattan to open a business to support both of us. Here we have two family men, Mladen Vidaich and Timothy Vidaich. Mladen is married to Mirjana Vidaich and has two kids Lauren Vidaich and Timothy Vidaich. Timothy Vidaich recently married Monika Karobojev. You would think both father and son team of Mladen Vidaich and Timothy Vidaich, there would be some sort of decency....NO!!!!
The job started with fraud and ended up with them walking off the job and a shop that has not passed the Department of Building inspection. No aspect of the store was done to industry level standards in NYC. I will end up paying a lot more than the original quote on the contract.
Delays???Don't think you will finish on time...they guaranteed me to be in by the first of July. They called the shop finished August 24th. Who runs a shop when both sinks leak..and I mean not a drop of water....A FLOODING!!!
Electricity??? They gave me single phase 60 amp, good if you want a small Manhattan apartment. Problem is I needed enough power for a retail shop. I neede triphase, 100amp. So in saying this, every hour I tried to run a business, the whole shop would black out and someone would have to run to the basement and flick the breaker.
As for the Department of Building permits, they used other names. Nado Vidaich from Golds Plumbing & Heating they used as the general contractor, then Nick Kouillias was down as the license holder for the plumbing. NICK KOUILLIAS, DO YOU ACTUALLY DO ANYTHING FOR ZARA PLUMBING??????? Never saw the guy, not once, not ever.
I find when I hired Zara Plumbing & Heating Corp, the Ecuadorian older guy does all the work(Loigi, sp?)...don't expect a Vidaich, being Timothy Vidaich or Mladen Vidaich to lift a finger. It won't happen.
So Timothy Vidaich walks off the job, my job, and unfinished job and opens Timothy Vidaich Concepts. Gee Timothy, why don't you have the decency to finish other jobs???

I did not owe Timothy Vidaich or his dad Mladen any money. The contract I had with them was pay installments as the work is completed.
In saying that, they didn't complete the work, they half finish everything and claim it would take nothing to finish....consequently, I do not know any retail outlets that need electricity to cook products to sell and survive and not have electricity to do so. They take money then disappear and you never find them, or pick up their phone. Having 2 sinks and both leak profusely. By the way, what job site did you work on?
Zara Plumbing does not trade anymore. They pull permits under the name Aqueduct Plumbing & Mechanical.
