Use another company... Do NOT use this company!

I've written a bad review on this company before. Unfortunately, we still haven't gotten rid of all of the *** code they wrote for us and I'm still dealing with it. I started to write a much longer review but I will just say this: I told them a problem with their design and they argued with me. I said, okay, prove your case to me. Show me it can work. They never did, but they continued with the design anyway. Later I got to rewrite their code because they were too hard headed to listen to me and design the way I asked them to. Find another company. Don't use this one unless you enjoy having to redo work that you paid someone else to do.

They just kept asking for money and when we asked for deliverable their sales and PMs just made excuses.... Their sales people use fake names like Dave, angel etc but that is a trivial issue... The main problem is that these are fraud people right from owner to the developer.... They changed password to my comeback and extorted money from me... Avoid these group of cheaters... O am approaching NASCOMM which is India software service regulatory authorulity to ban such group of thief's... Just avoid this company...

My company hired Zaptech Solutions for a small change in the features of our mobile app. They were great to work with. The developer helped me resolve the issue with my app and added new functionality. I would like to thank Zaptech Solutions for the great job they did. Since then, I have been using their services for web design and mobile app development. Thanks a ton to Zaptech Solutions team who has been proactive in working on my project. Over the years, I have recommended my friends to hire this particular company for all types of website and mobile apps development solutions. They have no complaints so far. Read reviews of this company named Zaptech solutions, at sigma corporation ,this is not any personal thing but this is for persons like us who will not become fool by this company, they fired 6 employee without any notice or anything they only call n say that ur performance is not good so u r fired ,there is only copy paste work find a company on Google Nd copy it's contect details n all in excel sheet how can anyone can show performance or skill in this work? They said that Ur snyrs is not happy with it work but no there is a person named Aashis mina he is from owners village so if anyone say anything to him he complaint to owner's brother Anuj Nd he will fire uh ,how can any one show performance ....?

They said there is 0 % politics in company then what is this ? They teach us how to ***?

Are we fools? Nd yah you are fool if u like to work in this company...

Zaptech Solutions - Fraud in interview process , Ahmedabad, Gujarat @ Pissed Consumer HR told in interview,we are give you RS10,500 on hand but after month they will give 7800 on hand in the case you coming all day, we don't take any holiday.i have bad experience in this company,,any one don't join this company.there are lots of problem,working 10 hr and sunk company.zero management,zero growth,all thinks are zero like fake company. i am not happy with this company.if i have no job than i sit on my home but not join this fake company.

My package was 24 lacs on paper... And I used to get an in hand salary of less than one lac a month...

So don't fret please...

They are a FRAUDULENT company to both the customers and the employees... Possibly a FRONT organization for tax evaders is my best guess...

Zaptech- A worst interview managment process

I believe they don't know *** to take interview. HR schedule an interview, then on that day, she is not responding. once called, not picked up phone. On a very odd saturday, without any prior intimation, she pinged on my skype and was willing to take interview, then when I have said to reschedule it as i am driving. No response came. There management process is very week. Being a manager, I can rest assure, this company is doing injustice with his internal customers too. HR are not qualified enough to sit on that hot chair. Beware of that company. Till date, no confirmation came for the next interview.. hahahaha....

The HR is The owner Hemant kumars wife which I am sure you won't be aware as you just gave Interview... She has no qualifications to Interview quality ppl...

The only thing she checks is whether the person being hired will kiss *** or not.... That's all...

Fraud in interview process

I was given interview there and I got selected. I got confirmation from Technical person, HR, HR head. After this only one round was pending and it was with Managing Director. It was also schedule and I was there at mention time. I sit there for 30 minutes and then HR came to me and said MD was not in office right now, and we will reschedule your interview later. Then I haven't heard anything from there for next 15 day. And I got call from HR and she schedule my interview. I was go there and instead of interview with MD, HR started interview and asking the same question which was asked last time by another HR. I informed her about the same but she told me that it's different. I completed that interview and back to my home.

Also I already spent around 1 month in this process. So I ask them status of my interview by Mail. Now they revert to me with following words:

"Thank you for applying For the position of PHP developer with Zaptech Solutions. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for your interest and for taking the time to personally meet with us to discuss your qualifications. However, we regret to inform you that we have selected another candidate for this position."

After spent my valuable time, I got this from their end. I also lost opportunity from another company during this period.

So please beware of the company like this before applying or choose for your career.

THIS COMPANY IS A MONEY EATER MACHINE. I AM VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR WORK. I HAVE A WEBSITE AND I ASKED THEM TO CREATE IT IN MAGENTO. SITE IS SIZZIX.COM . THEY TOOK APPROX ALL MY MONEY. TOOK ALOT OF TIME DIDN'T DELIVER THE PROJECT. FINALLY I HAVE TO MOVE ON WITH NO PROJECT LIVE. THEY DELETE THE BAD COMMENTS AND I ALSO FILED FRAUD ON THEM. THEY STOP REPLYING MY MESSAGES.

IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY DON'T GIVE A SINGLE PROJECT TO THIS COMPANY. I TALKED WITH ONE OF THE EMPLOYEE THEY DON'T EVEN TREAT WELL WITH THE EMPLOYEES. THEY JUST TAKE MONEY FROM YOU AND NEVER EVER TAKE UP CALLS FROM YOU AND MESSAGE YOU BACK. THE PROJECT MANAGER "DHARAM" HE IS A BIG TIME LIER AND "CHIRAG" BOTH ARE BIG TIME LIER. SPECIALLY DHARMENDAR HE ALWAYS TRIES TO MAKE YOU FOOL.

THIS COMPANY WILL SHOW YOU FRAUD DREAMS AND THEN ALL VANISHED. THEY WILL EAT UP ALL YOUR MONEY. MY ALL MONEY IS TAKEN BY THEM AND DID NOT DELIVER MY SITE. STILL HAVING OLD SITE. IF YOU WANT TO USE YOUR MONEY THEN GIVE IT TO A DOG. DONT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO ZAPTECH SOLUTIONS THEY ARE WORSE THAN DOG. ALL PROJECT MANAGERS AND COMPANYS CEO WHO KNOW ALL THING BUT NOT RETURNING MY MONEY. CASE IS GOING ON BUT AS WE DONT GET OUR MONEY BACK WE DONT WANT ANYONE ELSE CAUGHT TRAPPED BY ZAPTECH SOLUTIONS.

I was the X-Employee of zaptech . It's Boss Hemant is worse Person. They are asking to work Overtime and come in Festival days & Weekend , Horrible things is they do not componste you in any manner . Trend in Zaptech is to leave company on 10th Of the month (Salary Day) because if you will put resignation you will not your salary in hand . So Employee prefers to let go 10 days salary . So far i have seen a company Zaptech with heights frequency of employee joining and leaving company . In a year whole staff gets replaced . Except few persons ... Warning : Do not work with Zaptech

Zaptech Review: This company is total ***. check online reviews. think 100 times before joining the company. they have *** owner who knows nothing about technology, is a conman with his wife. dupes clients regualarly, employees never happy.. only 2 or 3 guys who sucks up to management and dupes clients survives and sticks there. No employee stays in this company. People dont give buisness to this company. They claim they are BIG company.. but they suck even at delivering a simple wordpress project. Their coding.. forget about it. 90 percent project failures.. and company virtually runs on advance payments.. dupe the client of advance payment with good proposals.. and then clients chase them for work. They are not interested in attending to you properly as they are not capable and need to cover their salary and personal lavish expenses so they run the cycle of new clients and new advance payments. dont go by their size and claims. Even if you want to do business with them.. ask them to complete work first and then pay.. never pay advance.

DO NOT USE Zaptech Solutions!

We contracted with Zaptech Solutions, located in Ahmedabad, India for custom computer programming work, specifically Magento module development. BEWARE, Zaptech is a fraudulent company! They never delivered the promised products/services and they stole more than $40,000 from our company! We have now contacted everyone on their reference list and 5 other past clients have responded that they had the same issues with Zaptech, including one client who lost over $100,000 to Zaptech and with whom we are now working on a lawsuit against them. Our experience is obviously not a random occurrance as they seem to do this to many clients. They demand more and more money, without providing the product they have contracted to provide. Then, when you demand that they fix things and provide working product, they blame you and say that they will not work on anything (even projects paid in full that are still broken) until you send them more money. In over 8 months of dealing with them, we did not receive A SINGLE WORKING PROJECT (out of 10)!!! Though we had paid them $40,000, they wanted more money to provide us any working programs! We finally figured out that they were just milking us for money and did not intend to actually give us what we were paying for. Over $12,000 of the money we sent to Zaptech were deposits for jobs that were never even started. They refuse to send us refunds for these deposits either. They say they are applying that money to the final payments for our other projects. We didn't pay the final payments because they never provided the finished, functional projects! And even worse, we paid at least half of all of the projects (over $15,000) and none of them are the slightest bit usable since they were never completed. We've had other companies look at the code that Zaptech provided to us and they say it is complete garbage! So we paid Zaptech $40,000 for a big pile of garbage! And now they are claiming that they did not fix the broken projects because we only had 2 working days to review and submit fix requests! That's ridiculous and not something that they ever mentioned to us before now. Actually, every one of their quotes has a 12 month guarantee for their code. But they won't even honor their own policy saying that we must send them more money for them to fix anything. They aren't getting another dime from us, so we are at a standstill. They have all of our deposit money and over half of the payments and will not fix a single thing. It comes out to them owing us over $20,000 in refunds. It is absolutely absurd for them to say we owe them money, when they've received $40,000 from us and we have not received a single working project in the 8 months we've dealt with them! STAY AWAY from Zaptech Solutions! They only care about getting money from you and then never deliver the product/services they promised. We struggled with them for over 8 months and got nothing for our trouble.
