Have not received Dec issue Cryptogram Puzzles
Ordered one year subscription to crypto magazine on the 27th of September. I spoke with somebody on a chat who assured me that by ordering on that date I would have the December issue no later than the middle of November.
It did not arrive I did pay the Nov bill for American Express on which this charge occurred.
I am leaving on vacation and I'm depending on having that book magazine to go with me because it is a calming factor in my life vacations are always hectic for me and I go to bed with my crypto magazine even when I'm home and calm. I was not able to speak with anyone to chat with anyone to write to anyone I have no contact with this company at all the phone number on the web says to call and that number has been disconnected I'm really wondering if I'm ever going to get my magazine at all and my $30 which I paid for the subscription
