WAITRESS FROM ***
If you want to be reprimanded, scolded, chastised, harassed by the FEMALE WAITRESS WITH SHORT BLACK HAIR WORKING THERE TODAY, SUNDAY 6/21/2020, then this place takes the cake. She will ALSO take her time to BAD MOUTH YOU, YES YOU, THE CLIENT, TO OTHER CLIENTS TO DEFEND HER POINT IN FRONT OF YOU.
Don't bother with the "Manager" because even though he is a nice happy guy, he's not fit to handle these types of *** employees. UN-BELIEVABLE. And yes, she still works there. Below, I shared a review from another client with a VERY SIMILAR STORY except that in my story it was just me, no kid.
Looks to me they simply do not care about us, the actual clients. Employees seem to run the show in this less than average so-called Mexican restaurant. I've enjoyed WAY BETTER Mexican cuisine than the crap they serve here. Unfortunately, many Americans have no clue what real Mexican food tastes that they're easily fooled.
Don't be fooled. This place and its employees are a joke:
"Employee should be fired! Have never had a complaint about the food or anything here, but we took my son there for dinner last night and there was a lady working behind the bar who was absolutely out of line and not only refused to serve us but was unbelievably rude for no reason at all! When I asked to see a manager bc we were so offended, she very rudely ignored us then finally said, "We are too busy right now" and walked away.
When I went to the front desk area to ask someone else for a manager, the poor young guy said he was the one left in charge and the manager was not there, and he clearly did not know how to handle it. He apologized, but ultimately nothing was done and no corrective action was taken on the rude employee. Whoever management is, they should have been there on Cinco De Mayo and not left this young man to handle things.
The lady behind the bar should be fired immediately for treating customers with such disrespect! Other customers at the bar who saw and heard everything were equally shocked and in full agreeance with us."
