Zalman Garbage

Bought a Zalman computer case and 2 of the Factory installed motherboard stand-offs were stripped..Contacted Zalman but as usual Zalman NEVER answers customer complaints!! Look up Zalman and you will see that they have no customer service and have a bad Rep.on honoring rebates and tons of other problems that people have had with this company. This will be the LAST thing I ever buy from Zalman and would suggest other people to buy from another company that has pride in their computer supplies such as Evga,Thermatake,NZTX,Corsair or even Newegg house brand Rosewill.There are many company's out there that will give you a better product AND have customer service!

Zalman Tech.Does Not Hohor Rebates

Bought a New Zalman Z9 Plus computer case with $10 rebate.Zalman now says they never received the rebate..after checking other reviews I see this is a common pratice for them. So if you see a Zalman product with a rebate...Don't hold your breath waiting for it..When buying from Zalman base your spent money only on the retail price and don't think you will be getting a great deal because it says you have a rebate coming..Bottom line is you will be paying full retail..Just wanted to give buyers a HEADS UP. Good Luck.

Zalman Computer Power Supplys

This is a message for all computer people who like to build your own home computers in order to have a high end product. Tech people who order Computer Parts over the internet for home or office need to know the ZAMMAN CO. who makes power supplys for computers, Zalman products will "NOT" work. For Example: Zalman model ZM1000-HP will not work, brand new out of the box. Zalman products come with a 3 year Warranty, the company will not onder its Warrantys. They will not Repair/Replace/or refund items. You can find these items on TigerDirect.com and CompUSA.com.
