Attorney David A. Russcol is a Sheister and a *** who in his mind thinks that he's worth a pretty penny but just scams money out of hard working people and gives nothing in return.

For what? Then instead of the paying customer being able to ask questions this David Russcol goes and spins the tables in a manipulative manner and starts asking all the questions wasting our money and time and after he wasted a lot of our time with this ridiculous and redundant questions prying like he's a PI with pure nonsense to waste time, he of course then wants us to pay for all that lost time as well so he can pay his bills and eat well.
There are way too many Attorney's and they must not be getting the business like they used, as today they have raised the rates to the hilt and do absolutely nothing at all but bla, bla, bla and more bla. So, if you want to make sure you don't get ripped off and give your hard earned money to this scammer, then simply stay away. You will have peace of mind and have more money for yourselves if you simply stay away from this individual. All he will do is chat, spin you and waste your time but of course he wants the big bucks for doing nothing but talking gibberish.
This law firm that David Russcol works for are all the same, as they literally want the big bucks to "study" your case.
Please! Go and study on your own dime but don't take our money with gibberish nonsense.

this is typical of lawyers, they are paid professorial liars. they will tell you what you want to hear to get that first installment on a very large bill to come for absolutely nothing.
I had this happen a couple of times during my divorce, they promised me to fix some issues, saying its no problem they done this before which is a bull*** lie to begin with, after all the blah blah crap its, OK this is going to cost you this much up front, you pat this upfront monies thinking this ones going to do something and help at-least some. well you are thinking wrong the only thing a lawyer is going to do is take you for what they can til you get tired and feed-up to the point your done, with it never calling him or her again. the first time I dealt with a lawyer it cost me $1700 and nothing changed other than my child-support was raised to $2700 a month for 2 kids ok outrageous amount. then a get a letter form him apologizing saying there is nothing he could do.
WOW WTF OMG !! so a year later I hired another lawyer ok ,heard the same spill as before cost me $2000 upfront then the same-thing happens nothing changes. I get a letter asking me to come in to discuss the case. I get there sitting in the same chair where I got this wonderful ear full of what i wanted to hear only to get the same lame story as before there's nothing he could do.
I sat there for a sec thinking I'm not getting screwed twice like this. so I told him that there was something he could do, he replied face lite up like he's fixing to take more of what little I was left after this crazy amount of child support I was trying t fix he said ok what can I do I said give me my money back and not a check cash just as i give you when you said that you could fix this injustice with no problem at all. he started to shudder and backsliding in his chair saying well thats not how this works I told him you promised and guaranteed. so to the rest of the normal world thats a money back promise and before I gave him the chance to start running his mouth about how this works, I informed him with absolute clarity and assertiveness in my voice that if he did not refund those funds to me now that I would beat him till I got satisfied that it would cost him as much if not more at the dentist to fix what i done then advised him that the avg response time for police after a 911 call is 30 to 40 mins depending on available officers in area, so he decided to return my funds promptly and to the dollar.
then returned home never to hear from him again,but there again i'm a larger man being almost 6ft tall weighting 235 and a body fat count that would make a swimsuit model scream.
so dont take that from these guys put it back on them as i did, quite walking through life scared they might sue who cares you dont have to pay I know it;s more of a suggestion even from a judge. have a good day
