Zadarma is a scam
Zadarma is a scam. I'll explain why.
One of their conditions is that 'no unauthorized manipulations of the image are allowed.' This is so they can on-sell the information to third parties. I had written 'Zadarma' and 'JUMIO' (their billing company) on the scan to circumvent this—nothing obscured at all—just a text overlay in empty spaces—and they refused my application. Secondly, they said to submit an ID or passport. I sent a very clear double-sided scan of my driver's license.
They then said, 'No, we need your passport.' Instead of just asking for the passport up front, they are milking every ID out of you, one at a time. Did I mention they are based in Bulgaria? Scam, scam, scam.
I submitted the exact same scan to another company. No problem.

Using Zadarma on web is OK, but when I installed Android application and started it with the SIP and password of my account, the following message appears: "Error: Sip not found by login-pass pair" Is it possible that this occurs because I have installed the application on another mobile phone as well? Please suggest. Thanks.

Disgustingly terrible. Service does not work.
Scam. Takes the money quite easily however no assistance or HELP when required.
Complete SCAM. Refund all funds paid as no service at all since day one!!
