Screwed up of non-delivery by UPS already paid for

I did research Katz Deli as well as Russ & Daughters..their shipping wouldve occurred today ( Saty) ..why I went w/Zabars
I left an email for Zabars asking where it wasnary a reply. I calked today ( Saty) to ask what was going ongal Alexandra said we dont send out notices..you have to call!! She knew all along about the problem w/UPS & said nothing!!
This affected deliveries to both Ct & Massdue to late arrival of UPS plane!!
The gal did say itd be delivered by Monday to which she too added that more than likely itll have gone bad & needed to be thrown out. While I was offered a refund which I took.it still would've been nice for her to offer it be resent compliments of Zabarsshe wasnt given that authority
Very sad since Ive done business w/Zabars since the 60-80s
By the way..am in So Ca & couldn't deliver in person to Ma if I wanted to!!

A Bad Experience
- - The 1/2 lb Royal blend coffee was not in the bag after checkout.
- - The store says the bag was packed; the customer questions fault.
Today, May 6th, at 2:22, I was checked out by your cashier with the following items:
Brown coffee filters $4.58
Mango chutney 6.98
1/2 lb Royal blend coffee 5.50
l lb. blue mountain coffee 10,79
I brought my own bag. Total was $28.69 on my Visa credit card
2 blocks from the store I checked the bag. The 1/2 lb Royal blend coffee was not in the bag. I went back to the store and was told that the cashier packed my bag, Yet it is obvious to me that it wasn't in my bag when I left the store. My bag was deep. It could not have fallen out in the 2 blocks, and even if it could strangely have, since I went right back to the store, I would have seen it.
I was told at the store: sorry, it's not our fault. I think it is. Either it was poorly packed, or it never went into the bag at all.
Preferred solution: Full refund
