I could not get zapp tv on direct tv it stuck no image or if I got a image it was only lines of different colors.
I did a reset got a picture with no sound
I called was told to remove application and reinstalled it no support to do this.
I did manage to remove it but could not reinstall it called again and they dont have a subscription under my email or phone #
So I got screwed of $150.00 and no zaap to watch my series or specialize station

worst customer service ever. They only have one person that answers calls or texts and he is the nastiest person I have ever spoken to.
He scammed my parents into sending him their receiver box, that they paid for, when it stopped working so he can "fix it or replace" and send it back to them which was still under the warranty. Then he refused to send back the box unless they agree to sign up for another 2 years subscription even though their current subscription was still active. The worst scam ever!!!
