Need help with dough NOW !!!
They just need to tweak the gingerbread recipe, so does not crumble and stay too dry, which causes too much mixing and gets very tough. Other than that its very cute and tasty!!see previous comment. Steve at Lillybean was VERY helpful!!

Despite their claims, which they are adamant and well versed in, they changed their ingredients years ago to include ingredients they advertised not using. Not their Mint candies have no mint at all, just sugars.
These mints were well lived for their extreme mint burn, now there no detectable mint at all. This has just happened in 2025; not sure when bc we buy in bulk so had not purchased in at least 6 months-2024.
Like others weve found it is impossible to contact anyone.

The date on the boxes of the candy
I put the candy and boxes in the trash can. No one never called me back.
So I figured that your company did not care. I really didnt have $12.00 for a box of candy.
And was not worth the price and most of all the candy was not fresh. At all

In preparation for Halloween I purchased a bag of YumEarth Halloween candy Lot:W227501D from Target. I was very dissatisfied to learn that the package of 30 snack packs contained only one giggles and 29 chewys since the packaging let me to believe that there would be equal amounts of both.
I chose to purchase YumEarth, a more expensive snack due to its healthier ingredients that I wanted to promote. I was very disappointed that I did not receive the items I assumed I purchased.
Further research (reviews on Target) revealed that several customers experienced the same problem and some contacted your company with no resolution. At the minimum some acknowledgment and compensation (e.g., gift card or replacement) should be provided.
