I won 10,000 grand online with Yukon Gold and having troubles getting my money because they told me that my ID has to have been issued in the 6 months for it to be valid. I chatted with the chat agents online, and I keep asking where in their policy it says it has to be within 6 months for ID to be valid to issue payments for customers.
I also uploaded other proofs of ID, and it meets all the criteria they asked for, yet they denied me my withdrawal of 10,000. So I did what they wanted me to do: I reversed my withdrawal, taking 2,500 back and withdrawing 7,500, and still no money.
But the 2,500 is now 6,000+, and I'm gonna keep making more money from them till they issue my payment. I'm gonna win a lot of money from these fools, play at another casino site because they ain't what they say they are.

The last three times I tried to make a withdrawal, I was asked to update my ID and residence information. Doing this on the website is not easy, and when you try to get help, all you get to talk to are robots, and when they can't answer your questions, they just end the conversation.
Trying to talk to someone real is very difficult. The games and promotions are good, but I'm not sure I trust this casino any longer.

I was trying to navigate around the site as I knew i was making a deposit so wanted to see what promos were available. Well I don't know what happened but I was on a promotion then went to deposit...played...money all gone and no credit for the promo!
I contacted a rep Caleb who stated too bad so sad in not so many words! Why the *** would someone deposit without opting into a promo or rewards?
Unbelievable that these guys took my money but nothing in return! I am posting my conversation and the logo all over my socials with my story to warn people how sneaky you guys are.

I deposited $20 into my account and I waited 24 hours cuz they said I had to wait up to 24 hours I don't know why and they said today when I called him back that her message them with a robot said that it was rejected so I phoned my bank and they said it went through and they accepted it and for me to call the fraud department so it's a scam so be careful they will take money out of your account without you even knowing it I have to change all my account information and everything now I don't know how people get away with this but yeah be careful to rip off and a good one at that first time I've been scammed my bad don't trust them to scam do not trust them it's a scam

My account was locked out an I was waiting for my withdrawal of 7500 dollars an they kept asking for documents for verification an I provided what they needed an they still would t pay me out an than they told me to get ahold of their risk management team I've emailed them an still haven't had reply so I think these guys suck *** big time

So what's the deal with this site? They ask for everything except your shoe size, you submit everything, then no compliance with a withdrawal request.
Something about documentation required to be submitted but yet everything they ask for has been submitted plus more.

Any valid government ID or passport used for identity verification. The only mention of a time reference is in regards to any documents that prove residency (the address on your approved government ID or passport).
Those include mortgage or rental statements, utility bills or property tax records. THOSE MUST be current and their site says THREE months, not 6.
Well I uploaded my government issue ID an it has my addres on it birthday an that wasn't good enough for them an now the have suspended my account I'm jot receimy 7500 dollars cause unexpected error procured to the system an my 7500 dollars disappeared all of a sudden.
