Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Customer service emailed me in response to my question and concern.

They explained that each company assesses products focusing on different things. That’s why when comparing results between their company and the other the results were not the same.

That helped answer my question. I’m satisfied with their response.

Not getting a response or acknowledgment that they received my problem is disappointing and frustrating. I’m still hoping this can be resolved because I depend on this app to reassure I’m using non toxic products.

I’ve recently downloaded a new app EWG.

First of all, it would be great if there was a phone number to contact YUKA, but I'll try this method. Mostly, I've been satisfied with checking products through the app.

Lately, though, it seems I'm entering a product and one result shows excellent, and the other says bad, e.g. Milani eyebrow pencil. You can't really see the pic they show, even enlarged, to make sure the color matches up with the results. This also happened recently with a sunscreen for kids.

Then there are the products that say no results. It can be a bit frustrating. I love the idea of being able to check items through an app to make sure they are non-toxic, but I wish these contradictions didn't happen. Mostly, I would really appreciate being able to talk to a customer service rep when I have issues.

I'm hoping these bugs can get worked out because this type of app could be very useful if it could be perfected. Thank you.

Preferred solution: Easier contact with customer service ie phone. Also clearer results on products more detail. And when “No Results” come up that there would be a way to easily follow up and get results Thank you

Not user friendly

I cannot use this application. It is not user-friendly. I have been trying for days to cancel a subscription, but there is no telephone number or easy cancellation.
