Yubo requesting ID verification from me without a legitimate reason.
The Yubo app is suddenly demanding sensitive personal information like ID verification in order for me to access basic features such as chatting and making friends, without a legitimate reason for it. They are claiming that there is a safety concern with my Yubo account, and that I must verify myself to continue using it, when there isn't an actual issue.
The Yubo customer service will attempt to gaslight you by making you believe that submitting your ID card to verify yourself will keep you and others safe, when it's actually dangerous and could put you at risk of identity theft.
When I contacted Yubo customer service, they encouraged dangerous actions such as revealing my ID card to verify myself, and refused to prioritize my safety by removing the forced verification requirement that was applied to my Yubo account. This was despite explaining to them that this is a violation of my privacy and I don't want to risk my identity being stolen.

Preferred solution: Getting the forced verification requirement on my Yubo account bypassed / removed.

I didn't mean to purchase the subscription because I didn't add money onto my account and my purchase went through. If I could please, because it took 36 dollars out instead of 0.33 cents, I would love a refund.

Wouldn't let me make an account
Ubo if you're reading this comment you better delete your app or fix it cuz I couldn't make an account at all I need friends

Banned on yubo
Ive never been Inappropriate or done anything illegal on the app Ive been banned for 10 months Ive put in multiple emails to be un banned. Can I get banned now? Ive been a big supporter for you guys for years.
