No response!! I paid a premium price for this device and they dont even have a live person or chat to help!!!

I even wanted to buy another set and pay for the shipping costs but even the sales department dont have a live person or!! So Im looking for a different company to deal with.

I did a search on Google to find a number for Yubico customer service so I could get some answers to questions I have before buying some security keys for my girlfriend & I. I didnt realize the number came from PissedConsumer I want to apologize for not noticing and want to clarify that I didnt have any issue or bad experience with Yubico.
From my research they seem to be a good company and have a solution to our nightmare issue(s).!
Do however have major issues with T-Mobile, Apple, BestBuy, & now AT&T. So the mistake was actually supposed to happen cause I hadnt heard of this site but I have now!
PissedConsumer is awesome and exactly what I needed so Ill post on the companies mentioned above on a new pissedpost later this week

This company needs to have a way for people to communicate with them directly when they have problems they need to talk to a human being so they do not have to continue to buy merchandise over and over again that once they use it, they dont give you any instruction if you can erase a key and use it again if an error is made if anyone from Yubikey Co. thesis, it would be great if you gave me a call at 561-449-****.
