saying when i go to use it, the licence has ran out.

Didn't get the 7 day free trial
I purchased a 7 day FREE sample from YTD Downloader and I didn't get it after I tried installing the program. I've been a subscriber for a couple of years now and don't know why I cannot download video songs like I was able to.
