I was not credited with my 50¢ after completing a survey on the 23rd of this month of August, 2025.

It has never happened like this before with Ysense, I don't know what's going on.

I tried using Skrill, but the documents(International Passport, Driver's license and National ID cards) required take longer times and money to get in my country Nigeria. I have a NIN slip but it wasn't accepted. Please can you bring back cashing out with airtime ?

There is no means to Cashout for us here in Nigeria. Please can you put back Airtime? That's an easier and more straightforward way for us

First one's disqualified after finishing a survey, then in Nigeria we can't withdraw our wins, I wonder why

I completed a task and was never rewarded. It's this game called Slotmate, and you earn rewards through leveling. Somehow, I managed to attain that level and never got rewarded.

When I click on all the surveys, except for CPX Research Surveys, it tells me the following:

'Sorry! The requested URL was not found on this server. If you entered the URL manually, please check your spelling and try again.'

What does it mean? I can't do any surveys. I'm posting this question here, as it's not possible in the 'surveys' section.

I am your user, and by mistake, you have deactivated my account. Please activate it and bring joy to our faces, and I will not mind your mistake.

Yesterday night, I was going to take surveys, but after seeing the login page, I tried to log in, but it shows that my account has been deactivated, and I know that you have taken this decision mistakenly. I used to give surveys honestly without taking care of my time, and this happens; that's a bad thing from you.

Therefore, kindly reactivate my account and allow me to fill out surveys again with my best honest opinions.

There's no avenue for African countries to Cashout. One day they may come and say 'Ysense isn't available in your region', which will make our effort useless

I have a question. Can I verify my Ysense account with my National Identification slip? I'm from Nigeria.

On 09/25/24 I did a redemption of $5 and used it towards a Walmart Card. It is very hard to reach them because they want to see it on your file. Ysense overall is a good site but, i am getting annoyed that it is taking so long a nd no one is getting back
