Still waiting for items
I never received tracking information regarding my order. I am trying to determine whether my order will make it to me before I must leave on my trip. Can you please advise with the tracking information of my order?

Shoe stated they were delivered and were not
both pairs of shoes were not delivered to the address. Someone was present at the house during that time so there was no way of theft.
The shows werw simply not delivered and your app and email stated they were. I would Like to know where the shoes are and a realistic time frame. Do not appreciate being lied to or this level of communication with your company. Also the shoes were supposedly delivered yesterday they were also not delivered today.
Called earlier and left a message. No one has returned my phone call.

The sent me wrong shoes
They sent the wrong shoes and when i emailed them what i ordered vs what i got, they basically said oops, those arebt even released yet but feel free to keep or return them. I told them id like a refund and return the shoes and asked if i can purchase the shoes i actually ordered in the first place but now its radio silence.
I emailed to them within their work hours but their reply was insufficient and they just ignored me when i asked to adress this issue.
I bought a shoe that i liked on the website but ended up with shoes i truly hate. My best bet is to try selling them online at this point, its a shoe that will be released on July according to them so maybe i can find someone who is interested in getting them before the release or pre sales

I retuned a pair of shoes in dec and I'm waiting for my refund
I bought a pair of shoes and sent them back within the return time frame and I never recieved my refund, nor did I receive an email saying they were processing my return. ive waited long enough, and I want to know where my retund is and to let you know that your company has terrible communication regarding customer service.

Accidental purchase
They never answered the phone. They charged my card and I did not receive the item.
No email response, you can't get anyone on the phone. It takes you to a voicemail which they never return.
Don't do it.

This place is terrible when it comes to customer service
My order is missing and I cant get in contact with anyone also no one is calling me back and its been a week! Hope that sums it up

I see why you hate those boots unless you are planning a trip to the moon in the near future. Their story about the 'release' thing is baloney.
