I have parts of the apps that do not work on the latest version of the YouVersion app. The guided prayer and the guided scripture doesn't work beyond the first two page.
However, it works well with the YouVersion plans and the verse of the day.
It's easy to use and easy to follow. Good videos and great wisdom when it works.

Need to delete account
I am needing to create a new account with Youversion. I am unable to use my email because it connected to my old account through Facebook and I don't have a Facebook account anymore.

Resolved: New app
I spoke to a very nice CS woman. I called for more info on the new software that is unusable for me.
She assured me that all efforts were being made to meet internet requirements and return the You Version to an easy to use Webb site with new enhancements. I have used this site in SS studies and as a lay speaker filling UMC pulpits from time to time.

.They ignore my problem.
They do not help me with my problem. I am tired of the constant replies from different departments that fail to answer what I need and have asked them to do.
They did improve a few things, but paid no attention to what my complaint is. I need what they always had available for the years I have been with them. I need an alphabetical list of all the books of the bible. Old Testament and New Testament.
That is the only way I can easily get to the correct book and scriptures I need to have. I use this to prepare bible studies for bible classes at my Church.

They don't listen to what I ask them to do.
Terrible customer service. I just finished writing this in detail.
and you would not accept it. I need an alphabetical list of all of the books of the bible, Old Testament and New Testament. You completely ignore me on this.
I'm not wasting any more time with you. I am going start searching for another bible study app.

App problem
I love you version. I use it to search bible and write bible studies for my Church, but if I can't pull up all of the books of the Bible it won't work for me.
I cannot search for different books of the Bible. I need a alphabetical list of all of the books (Old and New Testament so I can study what I need. I always had it before. .I tried sending this message to them, but they said I could only send one message a day.
This is not acceptable. I have spent hours on this. I use this every day.
I write studies for my church and have a great deal of work saved. This is a rediculous amount of time to have to spend to get help

Terrible customer service
My you version app was not working at all, When I clicked on ii went to updates. I sent them a message, and they said it was fixed.
I tried it again, and it did open up to the verse of the day page.
I clicked on Bible, and it opened to the Genesis Intro page. I can't search the books of the Bible. I need alphabetical Old and New Testament books. Not only that, but I tried to send this, but they said I could only send one message a day.
This is not acceptable. I use this to wrote Bible studies for the Church, and I have spent hours on this.

I couldn't attend the meeting on spiritual support fist call with a suppor staff.
First of all, Sierra Stirling sent me a guideance email .But somehow, the link down below email doesn't jump or work at all. I tryed again and again. after 20 7minutes ahead I could call but coundn't catch her reply soon.
How should I do with that?
