Youthful Medical Spa

This is a complaint about bad business practices of Youthful Medical Spa, 150 Professional Dr, STE 700, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082. I was told the only way to get a discount on the cool sculpting is if I paid up front, which I did in good faith.

When I asked the technician, who I will name if asked, what happens if I'm not happy with the results, she paused, smiled, looked me in the eye and said, "I'm very confident you will be very happy with the results." She never, ever said if you are not, you do not get your money back!! There are no signs anywhere in the business or on their website saying that, either. Their flyers and on their website say a person can see 20-25% result in one treatment. There are even pictures of before and after.

After my first treatment, I have not seen any result at all. I sent pictures to Youthful Medical Spa, I took of before and after. I called asking for my money back. Youthful Medical Spa said I need to have more treatments, to which I declined because they could not say I would get my money back if I had another treatment and there was no result, so in my mind they just wanted me to keep spending.

I even offered to pay for what they had done and wanted the rest of my money back. They said I could have other types of treatments if I wanted, but to give me my money back, they would have to revert to retail pricing and by the time they computed the refund it would be zero. That's the craziest thing I have ever heard in my life, and I'm a senior. They can't change the pricing back to retail after they gave me discounted pricing to sign up and pay ahead of time.

I don't want other procedures as they will probably not work either and that's not why I originally came to them. I feel this is a scam and would like assistance.

I posted a complaint on their Facebook website, and they have since taken it down. Can someone please help me?
