Yourmechanic Customer Care Review

I made an appointment, received a quote for a simple alternator repair and a few hours before my appointment they called and told me the mechanic was not qualified to perform the repair. They were rude and unhelpful when I was attempting to get clarity. Thankfully I called another mobile mechanic and they came out immediately and did the repair like true professionals.
