YourMechanic - They will take extra money out your account
Do not deal eith this company because you have to put your card info in to make an appointment. They will then withdraw money out your acct at will. Their mechanics are unprofessional and not skilled enough. When you try to complain you get pretty much ignored and most likely wont get your money back. Im waiting on my money to be returned to my account. And in the meantime I got to block them from using my card in the future cause I cant trust them.

YourMechanic - Worst company I have ever worked with
Worst company I have ever worked with. They send you 50 emails about your quote. They book your appointment then cancel it for no reason. Their customer service is garbage. They do not read their emails. Their rude call center people won't help you or help you answer mechanics questions.
YourMechanic - The worst experience ever
They are inefficient and unreliable they cancelled all 4 of my appointments in a time span of 4 weeks. Don’t use them at all. They are a waste of time and money, you’re better off using a dealer. They are trash to say the least and reading through other peoples’ reviews makes me not feel guilty at all to say that.
YourMechanic - Worst Service Ever
The mechanic said he was running late. I waited over 3 hours after my initial appointment time. I messaged the mechanic but I received no response. They never showed up nor did they have the common curtesy to inform me they weren’t coming. I called customer service the next day and was told the mechanics number was not in service. I asked for another appointment and was told I’d have to wait 2 weeks because they only had one mechanic in my area. I canceled order & asked for a full refund. I received a cancellation email but no receipt to prove I wasn’t charged. No report on the mechanic not showing up. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are completely unprofessional.

Absolute garbage company the worst customer service I've ever dealt with.A simple battery change and oil change turned out to be a nightmare for 7 days I would never suggest this company to anyone until they learn how to treat there customers right.Again I wish I could give negative stars this place is an absolute joke and should stop doing business.Stop scamming people your company is truly and total garbage all the reviews below this one are 100% correct DO NOT GET SCAMMED LIKE WE DID....
YourMechanic - The absolute worst experience in my life.
Sergio came out and told me my tail light problem was being caused by a defective brake switch. Said he was going to O"Reillys to get one.He never returned. When i called the company they were no help.Charged me 70 bucks for his diagnosis. Wanted to complete the job the next day.Didn't care that he never returned as promised. Unbelievable. 70 bucks for nothing. Stay far away from this company. And one last thing....his diagnosis was incorrect. It was not the brake switch. Most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with.If i wasn't moving out of state...i would of taken the company to small claims court.Just to get my money back.
