Really, really slow. Have been waiting for around three months now for something that I ordered with express mail and should've been delivered within the week I ordered it.

There is also no support desk? So there's no one we can email...

I am extremely unsatisfied and, to be honest, quite disappointed.

I'm not sure whether or not I've been scammed or not? So if anyone could please shed some light on the situation that would be great.

I guess I should've been a bit skeptical about the currency I was buying the item in...

I ordered from them on 29th March still waiting for my things sent two emails to the email address that I found heard nothing back, also sent a enquiry through there webpage same again nothing ! I am not going through pay pal to get my money back, I advise you do the same!

Refund took from October to February

I purchased a pair of pants online that apparently became out of stock. I was highly encouraged to swap for another item. I chose a refund instead since the other items did not appeal to me.

After two weeks, I politely inquired via email when the refund would occur. They said they don't know but are processing it. After a month, I asked again, and same response.

Well after two months, while still being polite, I said I will take bank action for fraud. No response. I forgot about them for while, a few months later, still pissed off, I sent a lengthy email warning them. Well finally someone responded and approved the refund FIVE MONTHS AFTER > : O Offered me a coupon for the next purchase of 45% off but why would I ever shop there again?? So I can have my money stolen and have no products and no follow up until at their convenience?

I can tell they have major production line issues reading other complaints, seems like they don't have the money to purchase the items from factories first like normal businesses. Instead they are relying on enough customers to click on their website to fulfill the minimum order where they then have enough money to execute an order...Get your business straight before trying to sell to people!!!

I ordered 3 things, 1 of which came in a reasonable time scale, however it was just 1 item instead of 3.

Yesterday I received another singular item NOT the full thing.

6 months late, I didn't even want the things anymore!

I'd also like to point out that DHL was supposed to be the carrier, instead they sent one by DHL and the one received yesterday was sent by Thailand post, on top of this horrific monstrosity of a purchase I looked on the parcel and it states that it's special delivery.

Not so special if it's 6 months late now, is it?

Oh well. Maybe I'll get my 3rd now unwanted item for Christmas 2015.

Save yourself trouble, don't buy from these tenner penny jokers.

YOUR EYES LIE / BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO PRODUCT!

I have been waiting a whole year for a shirt i ordered in Feb 2014 from YOUREYESLIE.

Still waiting for it to arrive, not that i want it now after a year and it was reduced in the Sale.

Last email was on April saying it was experiencing a few quailty issues.

I have issues with how long they expect me to wait for a fashion item to arrive.

It takes them months to reply and months to get what you ordered

thats if they reply.

I also ordered a top from the website that was different when it finally arrived.

i HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE TILL I DEALT WITH THIS COMPANY.

I shall no longer be buying TShirts from them again, as there customer service is appauling.

How they think its acceptable to run a company like this is unacceptable.

I had the exact same problem with delivery and they were not helpful in the slightest. Got the delivery 3 months after I ordered, I received them both separately therefore having to wait longer still for one item.

The emails back and forth they seemed to take no responsibility nor did it feel like they cared at all, in fact the messages felt like they thought it was normal. To cap it off, both items were very ill fitting and small (I went for a size up in large when I am a medium).

I have used them twice in 4 years and had the same similar experience as has my friend. Truly terrible service and quality which is a shame as the designs are great.

Yet another order not received from Your Eyes Lie.

We ordered clothes from Your Eyes Lie back in September last year - countless emails later and there is still no sign of them. We received replies to our emails to start with but have now been ignored.

Looking at other websites, it seems that we are not alone. Do not order with this company unless you want to throw your money away.

Unbelievable that a so-called well known fashion retailer should behave in this way and get away with it - no-one should be buying anything from them by now and yet they are present on many other "reliable" sites.

After a 2 month delay on my items, one of the sales representative contacted me regarding my late order as well as with a store credit for an item they would not be able to obtain.

During those two months I sent countless...emails. POLITE EMAILS!

I waited and waited...and waited some more. Yes, the website says that sometimes items are not available and sometimes you will be given store credit...but it took them 2...read it people 2 whole months to tell me they couldn't get those items to me. They do not have a call center, so you can't go at it that route in case you need assistance or have an inquiry about your order.

In conclusion, please think twice when ordering from YourEyesLie.com The name says it all.

I will never, EVER order from YourEyesLie.com. Now they have to face the bank, since they refunded me the order. I don't feel bad for them.

Ordered a bunch of *** took 3 MONTHS of constant emailing and pestering (politely I would like add) to get a reply and receive the product. When order finally came in, was missing half the ***, let the company know and no reply at all. Cool clothes but..

Ordered for the second time, after I thought the 1st time might have been an incident (i had to wait for over a month).

It proved not to be the case. I contacted customer service but no follow up from their side.

It's been over a month again, so I logged in to find my order was labeled 'suspected fraud'. I have no clue why, but they haven't informed me either...

Buy your stuff somewhere else!

I am not so.lucky. after 6 months i had not yet recieved my order.

I had to go through thire facebook page to get the customer service to reply me.finally they reply me but the excuses they gave was rediculus.

If i don't chase them they will never initiate the update. DON'T EVER BUY FROM THEIR WEBSIE...NEVER!

We do understand that most of you are not satisfied with our delivery time. Let me explain why an order can be delayed.

Though we keep stocks of our items, we also need to produce some items according to what our customers have ordered. It’s the only way our small independent clothing company will be able to offer vast catalog of items. By doing this, we can guarantee quality and ensure that the items you will be ordering will be limited in production and not the typical clothes you can find anywhere. We also do not supply our products to any high street stores and we make sure that we offer a quality made product at a very reasonable price.

But as we are not able to meet our customer’s delivery demands, we have a NEW UPDATE that will start on December 1st.

We will NOT be collecting payment for orders until the order has been actually shipped.

Long Story: I ordered my item, a cute dress with leopards printed on it, a few months back on the 13th of August. I originally saw it on ASOS and loved it but it was sold out so I was wrapt when I found it on the youreyeslie site and for much, much cheaper!

As it did say it would normally ship within 48 hours and I didn't receive any shipping confirmation around then, I decided to email them and ask what the status of my order was on 28th of August. I got a reply back pretty much instantly..I think it was the same day! I was informed my item would ship within 10 working days and would get notified of that. This was kool, as I wasn't really in a rush to get my item anyway as it was winter in Australia.

I completely forgot about my order after that, then thought one day oh hey *** it must have been 10 working days by now yet I had not received a confirmation of shipment email! Later that day, I checked my email - as if they were reading my mind - and had received an email from YEL apologising for someone not contacting me sooner regarding my order. This was on October the 9th. The message was really polite and apologetic and I was told they would speed up and prioritise my order, and that it would be shipped soon and I'd receive an email informing me of that.

I replied saying no worries thanks, and I even got another email back on Oct 11 thanking me for my reply and if I had any more questions to contact her. Finally, on Oct 17th I received an email confirming shipment! Whoohoo! Well still haven't received the dress, but tried tracking it and it seems to be with 'Thailand Thai Post' (never heard of them?

but ok) BASICALLY if you want something really quick maybe don't order from here.

I do believe they are genuine so far but will update once I receive my item! I only paid 11 dollars or so, so I don't mind waiting, not really a big deal, but I can totally understand the frustration if you've paid big bucks and aren't being informed about your order!!

Ohkay so I had ordered some things long long ago & got them in just fine. WELL I decided to order again & boy was that a fahking mistake.

i recieved three shirts when I had ordered four of them and only one was correct. the other didnt have the cat printed on it an one was said to be a "free gift" -_-

Would not recommend this site to anyone.

I ordered a jacket off them that was in the sale so you would have thought it would have come pretty soon. But no, they took the £60 straight away and it's 3 months later and they wont even have the decency to even reply to my emails asking them for my money back.

Thank god I didn't buy it before the sale as it would have been twice as much. But I hardly ever buy clothes because I hardly have any money and £60 is A LOT for me to spend.

Ordered Novemeber 14th, never recieved a shipping confirmation.

I assumed it was an error, so I waited it out. By December 3rd, I got fed up and sent them an email inquiring if they could tell me if it has shipped.

I received a reply the next day and getting an apology. On December 18th I got an email stating my item has been shipped with the up to 15 day shipping option. Like seriously? You make me wait a month for a product and you couldn't even upgrade my shipping for a faster option when it was your fault for skipping over my order?

Irresponsible business.

Never ordering from here again.

I've ordered on august 22 and the order hasn't ben even processed yet!!! I've written them more than 5 times about the issue and they are being all vague about it.

On November 22 I was fed up and demanded a refund. They don't want to pay me back saying it is going to take them more than 5 months to pay back!!!

What a scam!!! Stay away people!!!

The same is happening to me.

Ordered for 2 weeks and did not get any notification about shipment even though the website states it will ship in 48 hours usually.

Wrote them to cancel and there is no reply.
