Dr Kellog and his practice The Well of Health has not contacted me. I have since found a new primary care Dr with Ascension St Thomas.

They were excellent on my initial visit. So much so I compketed a titally positive survey there before I left!I believe in telling like it is both good and bad.

The Dr did a no show on a phone appointment and charged me for the no show! I said I was there, where was he?

Then one of his assistants misquoted me to make it look as though I voluntarily left the practice.

Not true, I even got free samples from his assistant for 4 months following. Now I have no refills and no Dr.!!!
