It's not letting me move on because of this. Please cancel my account as you have taken enough of my money, being $97.90 on the 22nd of every month for a while now evidently. I don't check my direct debits from the bank; lucky I have picked this up early. Take off the cancellation, please, or there will be consequences.

Last night I bought 50 credits and went to bed without using any of them. I just sent a 3-word message and got a warning that my credit has expired.
It's not the first time. I am charged even for video calls I have never answered, and I am asking you guys to block all the videos and any calls or emails I don't want. Just stop this gluttony. I want all my money back for the service I never asked for.
I am talking to only one person, mostly texting. Stop being so greedy and start answering. Do you think it is a good service?

There is no Live customer service rep. And I've been charged two times without any authorization
I called the number, but all there is are prompts that give you no help and no customer service rep to talk to to handle your problems. I was charged two fees that I never authorized, and I want my subscription ended.
All they do is tell you to go to the help chat on their website. This is the worst site I've ever been on that does not help anyone with their problems; they just keep on spinning you in circles. What website does not have a customer service rep to talk to these days?
I hate this website because they've charged me two fees that I didn't authorize, and plus I've written to them twice on their email, and I've gotten no response. So now I'm pissed, and I'm going to contact an attorney if I don't hear from them today.

A wrong message regarding Stephan: he was my travel mate. I met and fell in love with him!
My check is late coming to my home, so I lost touch with him. I could not get a message to him. He did nothing wrong! I tried to get a message to him, but someone gave the wrong message.
Probably I was crying, and they might have thought he did something.

Cancelled my membership a few weeks ago. I wish to rejoin and follow up with a travel mate.
Your web site won't let me. They insist on a password of which I give them, and they say it's. not correct. I have given the computer 3 different passwords they are all rejected.
I don't remember even giving one when I originally joined. There is no reset or re -enter new password on your web site. .I really want to be able to communicate with a travel mate with whom I developed deep feelings for and she me I lost that privilege when I resigned. All I want to do is to get it back.
Will you please help. I am not the pissed customer you referred to.
My original profile was removed upon resigning. I'm afraid of losing this lady

They just want your card. No actual working way to turn off the subscription they "send a verification email for security reasons" which you never get.
The they just keep on keeping on!
And they will not pick up (the phone simply disconnects! There is no working means by which to contact these people)

This website is not real. The men on here do not respond to basic questions because they are not men, they are little boys working in a boiler room.
