Darian hired us to perform limited construction services on a "flip" house of his. Once we got started we made many suggestions for improvements and Darian liked our ideas and he kept adding on more work.
However, near the end he just kept bringing to us punch lists which we kept coming back to fix for him. When we made an error on the hardwood floors we did not charge Darian.
Darian sold the house in 3 days due to my teams design work. Darian made a $30,000 profit on the house, but look out because he is ruthless. Despite his profit and my teams hard work - Darian has gone out of his way to slander our reputation.
He is ruthless and demanding but yet wants the cheapest price possible despite quality deficiencies.
Not sure I would want this guy working with my family to buy and sell dream homes. Be careful you don't upset him as he does not deal with adversity very well.
