Trying to purchase items on your Wish site

I have told you for the fourth time now that every time I put my card details in it comes up with Oops go to WW//wish blah blah can you figure out how to make a payment and I lost out on so many deals, I would have liked to purchase I just like to know what the deal is and why I am unable to purchase anything

Tired of being lied to.

Placed order on 12/10/17 .Received email saying it was shipped.Here it is 12/21/17 just got off phone with costumer service he said it is to be delivered tommorow had them to resend tracking # .Usps says it has not been shipped as of today.

I ordered 2 Smart Balance Wheels(hoverboards) & bags back in November, in order to give them as Christmas gifts. At the time, there was no mention of having to back order the colors I ordered. After placing the order, I received a message that I would receive notification once they shipped. December rolled in and I decided to look up my order since I had not heard about shipping details. On the order it showed that the bags were out of stock and it appeared there was a hold up waiting on those to come in. I called Your Online Store to ask that they remove the bags from my order and send the hoverboards on out. They said that the hoverboard colors that I had ordered were on back order and didn't say anything about the bags. They said everything should get to me by Christmas and not to worry. They also said that it was expected to ship the week of Dec. 14th & I should be notified with shipment details. By the end of the week of the 14th, I had not heard from them and decided to call again. I wound up having to change my color choices because they had overlooked my order and filled someone else's order with my color choices. They did not offer any compensation for my trouble and my receipt even showed an extra fee since they were having to send it out by Fedex (because of their issues, not mine) in order to get it to me in time for Christmas. I called back and they assured me that the extra shipping would be removed. I will no more once I receive my bill. Once we received the hoverboards 2 days before Christmas, the bags we ordered for them were not included in the shipment. I called them AGAIN! The said they would get those right out. Today is January 3rd and I have still not received the bags and not even a shipment confirmation for them. I am beyond frustrated with this company. They have missed a huge opportunity on sales because all of our friends are asking where we got the hoverboards and I have sent them elsewhere to find them. I will NEVER order from this company again!!! (Side note: After some research we have discovered these hoverboards are the ones that have been known to catch on fire!)

I never received entire order

I shopped at 'YourOnlineStore.com' and ordered two Magic Mesh Screen doors w/top lace, the deluxe style. They came very late! I checked several times but by the time they got here, I missed the cool days for leaving front door open and then it got too hot. Then I never got the laces even after asking numerous times. They too had to be 'back ordered.' I was assured each time I would receive them but it never happened. So now it's been about 6 months for the laces. The screens were on back order for 3 months. My contact person via email was Joe.

No delivery, no refund

I would give this website zero stars if it was an option. Avoid buying items here, no matter how great the savings look. I completed my purchase for a tummy stuffer on 11/12/13, and they were guaranteeing delivery by Christmas. My credit card was charged on 12/12/13, but the online account I created with them wasn't showing my item was processing or that it shipped, so I called customer service. I was assured that my item was in processing, and magically my online account updated to "processing". I called two more times before the holidays, because no tracking information or emails ever came for my product. Each time I was assured that my item was en route and would be delivered by Christmas, and was given the excuse that with such high volumes of shipments, they weren't able to update the online accounts to reflect package locations. Each time I asked if they were guaranteeing delivery by Christmas, and was even told they gave me a complimentary upgrade in shipping to assure my gift would arrive on time. You can probably guess that my package wasn't delivered before Christmas (in fact, no tummy stuffer ever came). I called customer service again on 12/26/13, and was told that my package made it to its destination. I called bluff and immediately they offered me a full refund Hmm, sounds suspicious. I asked for the refund and was told that even though they withdrew my funds electronically, they could only refund me with a paper check. I confirmed the address on file and asked when I could expect the check- I was told it should arrive on or before 1/3/14. Today is 1/7/14 and no check. I called customer service again (by the way, I spoke to the same guy all 5 times that I called… never had that happen before), and he told me they haven't even sent my check yet, but (coincidentally) they are sending out all refund checks tomorrow. I'm sure. Needless to say, I have already called my bank to dispute the charge as I'm pretty sure the check they will be sending me is about as real as Santa and the tummy stuffer they supposedly shipped for me.

Comfy Cushion Scam

I also purchased this product in early January and got a 2 for 1 plus shipping deal. I first saw a different seller, (but could not remember their exact name.)They told me I would have the items in 4 weeks. They processed my credit card, and then 2 weeks later they tell me that there is a backlog due to high volume sales, and push the date out for another 6 weeks. I got fed up of waiting, and asked my bank for a provisional credit, which they did. ($42) and I have to reply back. I'm glad to have read this story, and so buyers beware!

Youronlinestore.com, RUDE & ripped me off!

This as seen on TV site, youronlinestore.com ripped me off! I ordered something as a gift for the holiday on 12/6. They quickly processed payment on my CC yet took their time sending me a tracking number. Finally on 12/10 I get a tracking number only to check it daily & find NOTHING shipped! Finally on 12/14 Fed Ex received the info & supposedly picked up package on 12/15. Yet nothing has moved since! So now I call Fed Ex only to be told to call the seller because they have NO merchandise! When i finally get through to the seller the representative I talked with was extremely rude & refused to accept what I was telling him. All he could say was that there was a tracking number so it was not their problem. WOW now that's customer service at it's finest! So now no package & $40 in the hole thanks to this company. I have to wait till the 21st to file for a refund! I beg of you....PLEASE don't waste your hard earned $$ or time on this online store....youronlinestore.com!! I also found out I am not the first with this exact issue!! They have near 200 complaints with the BBB!! Disgusting!

The truth about the store named yourstoreonline.com

I Order a pair of pajama jeans from Yourstoreonline on 3-3-12 at about 9am with 5 day shipping. I got my item on 3-23-12 way past when my item should have been here. At that point I opened my item to find that it had be opened and looked like it had been worn before. So I called there customer service were they said that if I returned them I would get a full refund. So I sent them back on 3-26-12. Now on 4-28-12 I get a refund check for $13.90 less than what I paid and it does not look like they are going to give me back that $13.90. So if you want an item that is not used and would like good customer service DO NOT GO TO YOURSTOREONLINE because they will not give you any of that.
