BEWARE MISLEADING CONTRACT
Enormous pressure to pay immediately, did not follow through with services in the contract and mislead about the location. Very disappointing and offered no compensation, just poor excuses. None of our clients will be using them in the future. BEWARE! The access to the accommodation was never explained in full, just told to bring a small car, not that it was life threatening to drive down and that you would have to return by sunset or risk killing yourself on the drive. This left us stranded and unable to eat out at night. Shopping for food and meal planning became a priority, NOT a holiday at 2000 Euro a night not what you should put up with. The owners of the property tried to do their best, but Your Private Italy just made poor excuses. The contract we signed and paid for had staff from 8am-3pm. This was not the case and we were told on arrival that if we wanted staff we would have to pay 20euro per hour and some days it may not be possible. The owners kindly covered about 4 hours of the 28 hours we had paid for. We are out of pocket 560euro just to start. We had advised that due to flights we had to leave 1 day (2000euro) early, was their something they could do. They said "just pay and we will work it out later, so you don't loose the booking". Emails and telephone conversations right up to the day before we had to leave offered us a simple 'too bad' attitude........take the money and run. BUYER BEWARE!
