Fake advertising
I ordered The Moon Phase necklace online not happy with it at all the Chrystal looks fake "FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! When I finally got a hold of customer service to return it I was told I cannot return!!
Not fair!! and not happy!! at all, the fact that they are telling me I cant return this item is ridiculous, especially bcuz I am so unhappy with it. Lets not talk about the fact that I paid xtra to have it expedited, Ordered Oct 23rd and didn't receive until today Nov 2nd.
u guys took my money it says 3-4 business days if u pay extra, again u guys ripped me off no matter how u want to look at it. So all in all very disappointed with the whole process and customer service. You would rather not return my money and get a bad review bcuz I am not happy, so u say we will give u 10% back on my order well that is only $5.50 of the $55 I paid for it. again still not happy.
BUYER BEWARE!!!! So do yourself a favor do not order from them
