Your Express Car Wash Service Review from Yonkers, New York

On February 2, 2016 my 2012 GMC Terrain was damaged while going through your carwash. I brought it to the attention of the management, Walter Johnson. He put it ( the mudflap on the front passenger side ) back into place the best that he could. He asked if I had my receipt...which I handed him, then we went inside. He viewed my automobile as it entered the carwash and also let me view it. He said yes the carwash had done the damage. He filled out a claim form and gave me a copy of the receipt and the claim form. He told me it would take some time to get the part but that I would be hearing from him probably by the end of the week.....which I DIDN'T. So I have continued to call and go by the carwash asking just how long it was going to take to get my automobile fixed. Yes I have gotten irate with him, have apologized for getting irate with him, etc. In the meantime, I talked with the other manager and he told me he would contact his supervisor that evening and would definitely call me the following day..WHICH HE DID !!! My question is....exactly HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT TO GET MY AUTOMOBILE FIXED ??? I went into the carwash again....needless to say Walter was not pleased to see me...in fact, I'm positive he's very sick of seeing me !!! That was obvious by the way he looked at me. He was not AT ALL cordial . I asked him if he would write out on a piece of paper that my car was damaged there and the part was ordered and when it came in, that I will be contacted and he would put the part on. I then asked if he would date it...which he did....he put the date the claim was filed and the date that I was there. He was not friendly whatsoever !! But am I not the customer ? Isn't it my automobile that was damaged? ? Wouldn't he or you be just as upset if you felt like you were being given A BIG RUN AROUND ?? I have informed my insurance agent and he told me maybe I should contact the City. Then if I still get no results, they will deal with this matter. A response would be nice !!!

DO NOT USE the $3 YOUR EXPRESS CAR WASH @ 204 E. Beltline Rd, Cedar Hill, Texas, 75104. The equipment is faulty and scratches your vehicle paint job, down to the metal -especially if you have a truck. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! When you attempt to get restitution for the damages, the owner, an elderly Anglo male refuses to give his name and the onsite manager, Walter Johnson, will give you his card and an incident form but then refuse to sign it! WHAT HORRIBLE business practices! How sad, the city allows such LIARS and *** MEN to operate here!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS $3 YOUR EXPRESS CAR WASH!!
