I feel like I was duped

AI Highlights
  • - Diamond package includes 3 LLC setups through Your Entity Solutions with Rules of Renovation training.
  • - Utah LLC costs $72, but I was charged $193.

I purchased the Diamond package with Rules of Renovation Real Estate training. Included were 3 LLC set-ups through Your Entity Solutions.

Being new to real estate investing and naive in the ways of protecting a new business, I didn't realize that a Utah LLC only costs $72.00. YES charged me $193. Granted, I get access to webinars and weekly videos.

But I will definitely not use them to create any future business entities. At a second Rules of Renovation seminar, where we learned that the cost of the Utah LLC is only $72, and you don't need the fancy binder and seals and certificates, several of the participants were discussing the fact that they, too, felt like they had been taken advantage of as new business entrepreneurs.

Your Entity Solution (YES) : False Advertising for $2,000.00

AI Highlights
  • - YES buys info from scammers to sell legal services.
  • - They claim you need a corporate entity to avoid lawsuits and charge up to 10x the market rate.

Your Entity Solution (YES) is a SCAM company trying to Rip-off common unsuspecting hardworking individuals like us. This is how the SCAM works :

1. Your Entity Solution (YES) buys your information from a network of other SCAMMERS who have sold you some service ( most probably a SCAM ).

2. They contact you without disclosing who they are and ask you to buy their legal service.

3. They feed you lies to scare you saying that you need this ( a corporation , LLC....) otherwise people can sue your business and take all your money.

4. They charge to very high fees ( up to 10 times the market rate ).

You can get all the services that Your Entity Solution (YES) offer with legalzoom.com at fraction of the cost. Stay away from this company and report them to authorities if you have been scammed.

Your Entity Solution

AI Highlights
  • - Reviewer says Platinum Web Training, Your entity solution, and Daeus Financial Services scam.
  • - Lost $10,000 and will hire a lawyer due to scam calls.

These cluster of companies: Platinum Web Training, Your entity solution, Daeus Financial Services work together to SCAM common people of their hard earned money. They sell you some online training service to make money online ( Completely untrue , Just ask yourself , if it is that easy and quick, why are they not doing it themselves ).

They keep selling your information to other scammers and you will keep getting calls from numerous people trying to pressure sell you stuff. Please stay away from them.

I lost $10,000 dollars in this scam, will be hiring a lawyer to take action. Other Agencies that might help, BBB, Federal Trade commision , State Consumer Advisory Board.

Loss:
$10000
