'Your Baby Can' customer service Brush off

The following is a message to 'Your Baby Can' customer service, followed by their response: Message: We love the Your baby can read DVDs so we bought the mini sidling board books for our 10 month old for Christmas. He loves flipping through them, however, within a week, some of the sliding cards fell out. Now in only a month they've all pretty much fallen out.
