Misrepresented the cost of re-keying two locks
Stay away from this business!! I called Your Alabama Locksmith to re-key two single cylinder deadbolt lock to match a third. The serviceman, Yoseff Mshasha, said it would be $25 for each of the two if it took less than 30 minutes and $35 if it took more time, which, of course, it did. So as he is filling out the receipt, I am expecting it to be $70 plus the $15 service fee, $85. I get the bill and it is $160 after he added a labor charge of $75!! There was no mention of any other charges but the per lock fee and service fee. I spoke to a manager who asked why I signed the bill, adding if I was of sound mind and body at the time I signed and if I was at the time of my conversation with him. The conversation was pointless because the call center was not local and the manager was unwilling to do anything.
