App not working
When I try to sign in it says app not active? Just wondering if its a problem at your end? Please help many thanks regards Mac

YouPic has potential, but their customer service is non existent!
I signed up last summer (2023) as a paid member/contributor to You Pic and for a few months enjoyed uploading many of my photos, getting to know other contributors, voting on our favorite images, and so on.
But then, without warning, I lost my ability to log in. Nothing works.
The credentials I set up my account with, recorded in my password manager, and used for months are no longer accepted.
My photos are still there, still being seen and "liked" by others, but I can't get it to continue participating.
I get this repeated message: "Unknown error" which is not helpful. AND the only way provided to contact YouPic administrators requires me to log in!
So, since I can't log in, I can't let anyone at YouPic know that I can't log in. Round and round and round and round What a stupid, worthless company. Maybe they will see this complaint and reach out to me?
Somehow, I doubt it.
I am now concerned that I will not be able to cancel my auto-renewal next summer, because I can't log in to reach the page where I can cancel.
Dumb. Infuriating.
Rotten. Worthless "customer service."
