Younique - Absolutely horrible.

Chrystal Collins is a depressed bully. She is rude, and talks about her personal problems a lot. Half the time she doesn’t want to apply makeup bc she claims she’s a tomboy and doesn’t like it... when in fact she should atleast put it on for her followers and customers, especially bc they want to see it before they purchase. She has a very difficult time learning and remembering the things she needs to and is also very unorganized in her thinking. She has difficulty answering questions and is relying on other ppl for constant help. She will only do lives when she needs the money and will give a sob story when she does or she is high on drugs acting like she’s on top of the world. She’s sick and needs help.

Realy angry. Made my first order got my producte and through the help of presenter doing colour matching got it wrong. So meessaged presenter. And want to changr my order to the colour that suites me . But none is helping me. Im being fobber off its going on to day 6 without a message back on ehat they can do to help. Im so pissed no help unless your spending a lot of money. Which i did. Now its a *** you attertude to helping the customers

I am very sorry you had a bad experience with a Presenter. That is the last thing I ever want to hear.

Being a bad Presenter and especially one who had bad mouthed you to other Presenters does show she hasn't had the proper training. If you ever want to know more about Younique or it's products (we have new products coming out soon) please let me help you. I have been with Younique going on my Fourth year in September and I love this company and what it stands for and mission statement. We are a Foundation based company that has a Foundation that represents who we are and what we do in Younique.

I hope you got your problem resolved in Younique. My personal way I handle problems like this is I go to Customer Service or Product problems instead of my customer going to a problem with a product or customer service.

If I cannot get it resolve I do offer a free item or I will personally refund them their purchase. I hope you give Younique another chance to make it right. Oh and get with your Younique Presenter because Younique is coming out with new Mascara. They still have the Epic one step Black Mascara and the 3D Fiber Lash Mascara.

But now, they have new Epic Mascara in Brown and a New Epic Waterproof Mascara that comes out August 20,2018. They also have new products coming out.(new crushed lipstick, eyeshadow for your pallet and a new Hydrating Mask.
