Resolved: Never ordered any product but I was charged
I got a full refund of my money.
I want my money back. I am going to sue them if I don't get my money back. They can't be scamming people like that in these difficult times. Taking so much money from striving Americans is wrong.
Any body with the same issue, contact me to file a lawsuit against their business practice. Marie

This company is a TOTAL SCAM!! Do not order anything !
I was color matched by sending a photo that was taken outside, ordered the color that was recommended . I guess I look orange because that is what the concealer in Taffata is !!
Looks terrible ! The makeup is low quality at a very high price . They basically have NO refund policy unless u want to jump thru hoops and I have sent 2 emails without any response ! Now I’m stuck with almost $200 worth of crap I can’t use !!
Just go to Ulta because this product is a HUGE disappointment !!
Let me know if you know any orange people ... I have free makeup for them !
Terrible make-up and prices are outrageous
Waiting over a month for a refund
Lip gloss smells like play dough
Dreadful Agent
Helen Cooper Castlebar Co Mayo! !7th January 17, 2018.
I am writing to you to complain about a Younique agent inWestport, Co Mayo, named Nicola Green. She has two facebook pages… Nicola Green and Nicola Green Beauty Queen. Her real name is Nicola O Connell. I suggest you visit her Facebook page that she uses to promote Younique Make Up, and view her Live Chat and Motivation Video on January 5th, and all her other posts.
My 15 year old daughter was encouraged to buy your products by her school friends, and asked me to look into it with her. I was horrified when I listened to Nicola on her Facebook page and so was my daughter. Her use of bad language is disgraceful, calling people who don’t like the product “C**ts”, She explains how she would love to punch her children when they are bold, She suggests that people should go out and get a good ride when they don’t agree with her point of view. She tells of her times she was in trouble with the police and talks about the things she did breaking the law!
I have called the parents of all my daughters friends to alert them of this abusive and vile person, and they said they will never let their children use Younique products! I am writing to the school to alert them of Nicola Green, as she is not a person who should be influencing any teenagers or adults! She is a very poor representative of your company, and will lose you a lot of customers in the future. I will be telling everyone that I possibly can to avoid Younique products….
God knows how many vulnerable and influential Girls have seen Nicola Greens page! Yours Sincerely Helen Cooper.

Being a Younique Presenter is not worth it...
I used to be a Younique presenter, and when I started I was so excited. The company definitely has great incentives and benefits, BUT...
It is extremely hard to get past that. When I started, I reached yellow status in less than two weeks (thanks to my Mom and family for buying the products that I was selling). However, after exhausting all my potential buyers (aka family and friends), it was extremely hard to sell to anyone else. The elite up-line are so catty and unhelpful.
They claim to be helping by having weekly talks, etc. but honestly... It's just empty words said differently every time. They tell you you can do it, that you have to put yourself out there, etc.
etc. but they never tell you how to market your products when meeting new people. They just tell you you can do it, and to believe in yourself. Additionally, I found it hard to sell the products because they were super over priced despite being low quality.
They claimed that the liquid foundation didn't need a powder to set it because it dries as a powder, but many of my customers still found themselves setting the foundation with powder. The mascara was said to be the holy grail of all their products, but I always had customer complaints about the fall-out that they would experience when using the mascara. The products are low-quality products sold at a high-quality price. My $10 foundation from Loreal has better coverage and sets a lot better than Younique's $39 foundation.
This isn't to say that none of Younique's products are good... Their skincare products are pretty good, but again... Overpriced for the amount that you get.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend becoming a Younique presenter nor buying from them. You can get better products at cheaper prices from credible businesses.

Epic mascara
Not a good product! horrible sales reps!
Not as expected..
My main complaint it quality vs. price.
From the MANY videos from presenters I've seen (most famous Liquid Foundation vs.
Sharpie) I was expecting so much more out of the product especially for the prices that were charged. Also, it was inconvenient that to purchase a...
After basically taking out a second mortgage on my house (not really but I mean that is EXPENSIVE) I bought the kit and counted the days until I received the amazing magical foundation that everyone was raving about. Welp... I got it, and tried it, and I cannot believe I got sucked into the scam. It worked about as well as any drug store brand but they are defiantly not charging drug store prices.
So disappointing. I've heard since coming back from being out of stock for so long that they might of changes the formula?? Just a rumor I heard but I don't know how the videos could of faked what they were showing so I believe it.
In the kit I also received a lip stick (which was mediocre), lip gloss (again mediocre), eyebrow pencil (again mediocre), eye shadow palate (dense and pigmented I'm actually half impressed), concealer (which were called different shades than the foundation so it was a little difficult to properly color match the two but it works pretty well), fiber lash mascara (works BUT the fibers are large and "webby" so it looked kind of weird but I still need to perfect my technique so we'll see), and I bought the puff brush separate because in all the videos they claimed only THAT brush would make the foundation as flawless as it could be but it left MANY bristles on my face. All in all the products I would say are about as much quality as drug store products and I defiantly had my hopes up WAY too high.

Younique class action suit for 3D Fiberlash mascara
Hello everyone, Younique is NOT naturally based, and probably still all made in China. They are lying to everyone just to make their millions.
They're laughing all the way to the bank. Last time I bought and used the kit, I broke out and my eyes were so bad I had to go see an Ophthalmologist. After the fibers were researched, they have discovered that they are NOT made of "green tea fibers" as they have described, but made of Nylong which do NOT belong near your eye, nor IN your eyes. WERE YOU A BUYER OF THIS PRODUCT ADVERTISED THROUGH A MULTILEVEL SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN?
YOU ARE DEVOTED TO ALL THINGS GOOD IN LIFE --- YOU WERE TRYING TO MAKE A CHOICE FOR NATURAL GREEN TEA FIBERS.
WHAT YOU MAY HAVE GOTTEN WAS GROUND-UP NYLON INSTEAD. http://www.mypirl.com/todays-lawsuits-blog/2017/12/20/younique-moonstruck-3d-fiber-lashes-false-advertising

Younique is not scamming you honey, that's credit card fraud.
This is correct. My account was hit as well 2 days ago.
Never heard of the company and never ordered any cosmetics whatsoever. Sounds like they need to be investigated by the FBI.
