Review from Carbondale, Illinois

I had a slow leak in a tire. I removed the tire and took it to Youngstedts in Chanhassen.

They rebuilt the tps valve and called me. I picked the tire up and put it on the vehicle before noticing that they had mounted it with the blackwall out. I took it back and they reversed the tire for me at no cost. Two hours after reinstalling the tire it was flat.

I called and they said to bring it in for repair. About 8:30 that evening I finally had a tire that would hold air. About a week later I was detailing my vehicle when I noticed that the rim of the tire that they had repaired repeatedly had a slight groove approximately 1/4 inch from the edge. I took it back and after they examined it and the other rims they said that the others had some scratches also.

I have written this off as bad judgement on my part, and will not use them again, or recommend them to anyone that I care for.

Extra unnecessary add ons

I took my car in to Youngsteds in Eden Prairie for tire balance and alignment. The prices alone for labor was astronomical!

But I needed it done. They also mentioned I need to have my timing belt replaced to the tune of $1000. EVERY SINGLE TIME I got to this location, some mysterious other repairs need to be done IMMEDIATELY or the car will explode or never work again. YOU pray on people's fears and scam people into getting extra add ons that are unnecessary.

I'm filling a complaint with the BBB and any other complaint board. People need to be warned about their scam
