I have ordered twice and have not received my order on Super cal.
Customer service white early in the morning was 30 minutes not helpful at all
Preferred solution: I’m wondering where my order is that showed to go through. This has been ordered twice.

Subscriptions issues need help to adjust
I went online to place my monthly subscription order.
After placing the order, the order said a one-time order, and was not counted as my monthly order.
I wish to immediately adjust the order so that I may apply to my monthly as I intended when signing up.
If that is not possible, I need a refund so that I can reprocess the order as a monthly order.

Preferred solution: Move the order from a one-time to my monthly subscription. If this is not possible, then I request a full refund .
